Ian was great. He got there in the window that was promised, called when he was 30 min away. When he got he is was very personable, he showed me where the damage was and laid out all the options and was not pressuring and answered all my questions. The work was done promptly and afterwards our garage door was much quieter. Thanks Ian!

We requested an estimate to replace our two garage doors. AJ, the estimator, was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and timely. He is a good representative of Precision. If we select Precision to replace our garage doors, we will issue another review for the installation, workmanship and quality of the product and price. We are pleased with the estimating process. I had to show the "service performed " as Install Garage Doors for the review to go through.

The tech that came out was extremely professional, very friendly, and put me completely at ease. He came out in below zero weather, never complained, and was clearly thankful to have a job! Great!!! We had an Angie's coupon for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement, and Jason did such a great job that we hired him to do the same on our second garage door. Jason was very knowledgeable and efficient. We have had this same service from other companies over the years, and Jason did the best job ever in that the doors are now so quiet and smooth, they sound and act like they are new. We will be using Precision Door in the future!

These guys are on point. From the first call to make an appointment, to the technician who came to my house, this process was extremely professional and enjoyable. AJ, the technician, provided remarkable service. He was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was getting the best quality work around town. The same day service was a big factor in me choosing PDS. I had been having trouble with my garage door opener.
