When I called Precision Door Service, it was because our garage door was occasionally taking multiple tries to close all the way. Not an emergency by any means, but they still were able to send a technician out to us on the same day and he actually arrived within an hour of my phone call! Eli was very helpful and showed me what the problem was and how to fix it in the future. It was an easy fix, but he was very nice about it! He also showed me a few things to look out for in the future. Thank you, Eli!

The technician I spoke with on the phone before deciding to purchase from Precision, was very thorough in explanation of my options and helped guide me to make an informed decision on the correct equipment. Eli was great! Courteous, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, prompt. Fixed what was wrong, left alone what was working. Made some suggestions but wasn’t pushy about extra products or services, and the garage door that broke yesterday now works like a dream. Most important: As a single female homeowner, I get a lot of condescension from service and repair people. But Eli talked to ME, not my boyfriend (who was there too), and was informative without calling my intelligence into question. I will be using Precision for all my garage door needs from now on, and will be recommending it to friends.

I had no prior experience with Precision Garage Door when I called them. After making the appointment, the technician came over the exact time as promised and gave me an estimate. It was a fair price and agreed to have the work done. The installers came to the house and replaced the garage door. They were very friendly to talk with while they got the work done. When I called to request a consultation the persons who took care of me was professional, pleasent and helpful. Can't recall her name by she is five star. Erik Jergenson came by later today and felt he was also professional and came to a good conclusion to replace my current door not repairing it.

Great service! Had a new door installed in February and we needed a repair done. Within minutes of calling I had a technician coming within within the hour. Tom one of the ownerS came out, assessed the issue and didn’t have what he needed in his truck, but tracked down someone near by, got the part and came back to repair. Outstanding level of service! The constant email and text follow up is amazing! And to have a picture of the tech coming gives piece of mind to open your door to the right person. Thank you for your fabulous level of service!

Excellent customer service. Phone calls were answered promptly and followed up with email or text. Technician (Jason) was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Work performed was explained in detail and follow up reports were appreciated. Care was shown in social distancing and CDC guidelines were followed. Would definitely recommend Precision Door.

Akayla came on Saturday morning and replaced the springs on my door. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He gave me an estimate for the repair, and had the springs replaced in about an hour. This is my second repair by Precision in recent years and they are my go to for any garage door work. Great job Akayla!

Scheduling the appointment was easy and I immediately received confirmation via text. On the day of my appointment, I received a reminder notice. Right before the appointment, another reminder with the name and picture of the technician, Jason, with a courtesy call when he was nearby. Jason was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Door. They have been awesome to work with. Their technician Ian Porter came an assessed the problem. He was very professional,very knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. It turned out I needed a new garage door. He ordered the door. Customer service and let me know the door was in and set up an installment date. Today Rudy Vallejos came and installed the door.
