My name is Rudy V. Vallejos. I was born in Albuquerque NM. I currently live in Woodbury MN with my beautiful wife and three kids. Some of the hobbies that I enjoy are playing with my kids and exploring the wonderful outdoors. Each day I look forward to meeting new customers to teach them about the safety of their garage door and operator. Everything looks great! One thing though, it is a manual garage door and there is no rope or handle to pull it shut when open. Should that have come with the door?

We called the 24 hour line on Memorial Day and your guys were able to come out the very next morning so we appreciate that. They were professional and they were nice,too. They also were educational so we learned something for the future. I would not trust this company. I called and spoke to a customer service representative and told her that one of the springs had broken on my garage door. She said that would generally run $150, but couldn't guarantee that, which I completely understand. She they said it would be $60 for the trip if I chose not to go with their company to fix my garage door. I later realized why that was mentioned. When the service guys showed up, they immediately said they would not fix just the one spring because it was unsafe for them to do that. They also mentioned they would do a 24 point inspection and give me a quote. Immediately, I realized that I was being taken advantage of. The person on the phone told me that it would be approximately $150 for the one spring and the service guy said they don't even do one spring without the other. Awhile later, I got quotes of $555, $600, and $800 for them to replace wheels and clean this and that. I completely understand that every product and service has a price and I am willing to pay for the products and services I receive. However, these folks were called to my home under a completely different expectation of cost. I would advise anyone I know to avoid this company. Trust is one of the most important things a company can have with their customers. Based on the lack of integrity shown in my interaction, I have no trust in this company.

Great Service! Called 24 hour emergency service to repair broken springs and they arrived within 2 hours on memorial day. They did a full inspection and replaced the springs, rollers, rails, and a new garage door opener in about a hour and a half. Awesome Job!

Looked at other reviews and proximity of location to my home. Also the price for a quality smart garage door opener with great features was a deciding factor. The best part was that I was able to get it installed within 2 hours of making the phone call! The install was done in about 30 minutes and was perfectly executed. Good job Rudy and your coworker! I got the system connected to my router as well as linked to Google home so I can command Google to open or close the garage. The Linear App is fully functional and allows me to set schedules, geo fence so the garage opens when I get within a block of my home and close when I leave. Exactly what I wanted! Thanks Precision!

Rudy was the technician who came out to my house and help me with my garage door. He also had another man with him but I did not catch his name.....sorry! They called and were able to come early for my appointment, which was appreciated. Both technicians were excellent and explained to me, in detail, what they needed to do to get my garage door back up and running. They also explained what the cost would be to get my issues corrected to make sure I was OK with it before they started. They also helped me replace my keypad and program my openers. Rudy also explained some work that I may want to have done in the future before the springs get too bad. No pressure to have it done immediately, but great info to have when I do need to call back for another service call. I highly recommend Precision and Rudy as they are top notch!

Nothing like having your torsion spring snap on one of the coldest nights in January. Called and was able to get an appointment the next day. Were on time and the repairman was not pushy trying to make me buy something that I would not want. Great company, I will definately use then again in the future. Highly recommend them!!
