My name is Rudy V. Vallejos. I was born in Albuquerque NM. I currently live in Woodbury MN with my beautiful wife and three kids. Some of the hobbies that I enjoy are playing with my kids and exploring the wonderful outdoors. Each day I look forward to meeting new customers to teach them about the safety of their garage door and operator. One of the things most people don't know about me is that I enjoy listening and learning from people's stories. I look forward to meeting to you!

Late this afternoon, my garage door refused to close after a number of attempts. I finally called Precision Door Service for help, worried that it may be too late for anyone to come to my home and I did not want the garage door to remain open overnight. Happily the service technicians were able to arrive shortly after my call and quickly solved the problem. The technicians were professional, polite and pleasant. Thank you!

I responded to an ad for $99 per door to silence doors. 3 out of our 4 doors were quite noisy. I also needed a new seal and needed to have a door adjusted to that it would align with the floor. Rudy Vallejos listened intently, did his own inspection and then came back with three different estimates. The middle bid took care of everything I was concerned about for $300. That was less than I expected. The top estimate was $440. I it included replacing some rusted parts I had not noticed. There was no pressure to spend more, but he was right. It was worth doing. Tony was great. A wonderful, open personality while staying focused on his work. In less than two hours he worked on three different doors. They are all now working correctly and more quietly than they have done in years.

The service was 5 star A+++ from the very beginning. I have a home service contract and this was the company they chose for my garage door repairs. I had just finished my internet request with my service contractor and Precision was calling already to schedule the work at my convenience. Confirmations were sent to me both via email and text message. My technician Rudy called me on the day of service to see if he might come a little earlier. That worked out great for me. Prior to his arrival he sent a message with his picture and short bio about him. I loved that as it identified him and gave me a talking point or two for when he came. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Rudy was SO polite, very friendly and SO knowledgable. He explained exactly what he was going to do, the various possible outcomes and costs to me. Rudy performed the service efficiently and effectively. He emailed the detailed bill and documents with options for additional repairs in the future plus a detailed list of the condition of all the parts. From beginning to end, the experience was perfect. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Service.

Just wow.. my garage door was completely broken. I called in the A.M. and Precision was able to come out to my place that same day at 5pm, and got the door up and running less than an hour.. I asked for a quote and Rudy came out to my house within a few days, great personality and friendly. I agreed to buy the same day. I was told 2-3 weeks, however after 4 weeks I had to call to see the status, and I was told that it just came in that day. They came out at the 5 week mark and did a great job on the installation, cleaned up all the parts, gave me instructions on the door itself and helped set up the opener on my truck. I would recommend this company for a new garage door
