1. Usually I do not review. But this time I want to let you know of the exceptional experience I had with Percision. 2. I called firm I have done business on a Thursday. They could come out until Monday. 3. Went to Goggle and Percision was selected and the site was great. 4.Called and phone person was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Was scheduled for Thursday. Received a E confirmation after I hung up. 5. Technician called 20 minutes out. 6.Tech J.L. Was fantastic.THANK YOU

Tried a different garage door company I had used in the past for a repair/replacement. That company had not returned a phone message for 3 days. I chose Precision based on other customer reviews and reading the biography. I really thought the pictures of team members and focus on customer safety was huge. I knew exactly who the technician was and informed the entire time. Service was prompt and entire garage system was evaluated- not just the initial problem. Would recommend Precision every time.

Jameson Leach...Very professional in every way. He arrived 5 minutes early...I LIKE THAT!! After the intros, he explained what he was going to do, grabbed his clipboard and went to it. He had the inspection done very quickly then explained why it was to our benefit to replace both springs instead of just the one broken spring. He also inspected the rollers, tracks, chain, motor and all other parts connected to the door. He had ALL the repairs, lubes, springs etc done within an hour. He also explained some maint. points that I was unaware of. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GENTLEMAN AND THIS COMPANY FOR ALL GARAGE DOOR REPAIRS!!!

In what seems to be an era of poor customer service I was pleasantly surprised of the great service I received from Precision. They responded the same day, within the time period they said they would and called to tell me they were 20 minutes away for our appointment. Jameson was the technician, he was pleasant, very informative, diligent and good to work with. Installation of a new opener was quick; Jameson was very helpful getting all the remotes set and he explained the billing so I understood it completely. It might not be possible, but I'd suggest you ask for Jameson for all your service needs.

3 stars. Jameson did okay, he's a okay guy. Everything was just okay. I know I wanted a new opener. Jameson offered me a $1k garage door opener. I told him I called before service and was quoted $599. So then we agreed on $619 for a new opener. Got rollers, bottom brackets and cables on both sides replaced. That was a different cost. I was okay with price. He had issues with the Genie opener install. Said it would be 2 hours. Took 4+ hours. Also forgot to bring my light bulb that was included in purchase. But he brought it the next day. I noticed 2 loose nuts and bolts. The 2 Hockey Stick nuts and bolts were very loose and able to turn out by hand, called him and he said yes they need to be tight. I was able to do it myself. He was very rushed so he forgot. Also left staples on my garage floor. I sweep but just would have liked it clean with service. End result was okay. Didn't love it, didn't hate it... slightly disappointed given that they have 4.9 stars on Google.

Precision provides the best service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Yesterday I called about a problem with my opener and Jamie was out this morning and fixed it! The crew that installed our doors last year were great as well.
