Johnathan was a great guy to deal with. I mean this 100% positively, he's a garage door geek. He not only allowed me, he welcomed me to watch him repair my broken spring. I love watching people,do things that I can't do. My garage is tough because it's very tight, and he was excited because it wasn't the normal easy job. I thought that was sorta cool. I approach my work the same way. If all the guys here have that same approach, these are the guys I would go with.

Excellent and proficient service! Jonathon was right on time, listened to my description of what wasn't working, performed several tests on the motor, and recommended several fixes. I opted for a replacement of the whole motor and belt drive. He also commented favorably on the installation of the door (a different company) stating that it was excellent, professional work. And a very fair price for everything which he completed in less than an hour! Amazing and much appreciated.

Found on internet search, reviews looked good so called. Appt next day on Sat. Received confirmation e-mail right away. Also sent picture of tech the next day and he called when on his way. Friendly, courteous was Jonathan the tech. Efficient, my choice as to what repair to choose was given with pictures and thorough explanation. Excellent and quick replacement of garage door opener. Spends, but price on par with other installers. Would highly recommend!

Had them out to fix a broken spring, tech inspected everything and took photos and made recommendations on issues that should be addressed. No pressure to do anything other than the repair the spring. We will use them again to get some of the other work done. Prices were reasonable.

Wow. Very impressed with the quality of service and the knowledge and expertise of our technician Jonathan. Garage door opener was not working properly. Would not shut all the way down. Had to unhook and close manually for a couple of days. No easy task. Had no idea who to call and was dreading having to install a new opener. Took a chance with Precision and couldn’t be happier. Jonathan saw the problems immediately. The sensors, even though they had worked all these years, had been installed improperly. Also the power on the motor needed to be adjusted. He then did a full inspection and explained every single thing in easy to understand detail. I had him replace the rollers, and lube the parts. Everything running smooth and much quieter now. Great job Jonathan.

I first came to Precision two years ago when one of our tension springs snapped. They fixed it ASAP! So when a couple nights ago our garage door failed to close, I knew who to call. Priscilla sent Jonathan out the same day! Jonathan troubleshooted & figured out the issue within 2 minutes. He explained all of the options thoroughly, step-by-step, and didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder. He was courteous, professional, speedy, & so polite! I was so impressed that he had everything he needed to replace our chain motor with a belt motor right in his truck. It was nice to have the different price-tiered options offered. Upon completion of the installation he explained how to use every component, and left me feeling confident in our new Genie motor. Our garage is 100% brighter now too! I called after 6pm when my garage door cable broke and was very pleased able to schedule repair for 10am to noon next day. Jonathan and assistant called to ask if could come early, walked through quote in detail and were flexible with solutions, completing job in just over an hour. Very efficient and professional, will use again, but quite expensive in my opinion.

I needed help with a stuck garage door and Jonathan Zwart was there in less than three hours. Jonathan also checked everything and gave me several hints to make the door work more efficiently and to prolong the doors life. I was very impressed especially when the original garage door installers said they would be out five days after I called. This was inspite of me telling them my wife had just had knee replacement and if there was an emergency... I'm glad I called Precision.

Our garage door broke last week and Jonathan was a great technician who explained EVERYTHING going on with that door and the pluses and minuses of the current set up. His suggestions for repairs plus additional tune-ups were on point and should extend the life of the garage door. Throughout the experience I've learned a few new things about our garage door maintenance and what to look for in case some new problems pop up. I found Precision in one of those flier we get in the mail. It was for Excelsior but they cover most of the metro area. I was very pleased with the speed that Precision was able to get out and fix the garage door that was stuck in the open position. I was trying to get ready for the holidays and had a lot to do when we were stuck with the door problem. Jonathan got out to our place that very afternoon and was very thorough and fixed our problem very quickly and got me on my way. I was so thankful. I was very happy with the price too. Well worth it.

RE: Repair Adjustment 11/9/22 We had our overhead door become out of adjustment for some reason after a spring replacement by Precision in March 2022. Jonathan Zwart arrived soon after our call and did such an excellent job in adjustment that we commented that the door has never worked so well. Ever. That was a month ago and the door continues to be so quiet and so smooth in operation that we are very pleased. Mr. Zwart did a great job and reflects well on Precision Door Service. After I ran into the garage door backing out this morning, our technician Jonathan arrived on time, (actually early) quickly evaluated evaluated the fix and presented me with several options. He was very thorough and explained all options very clearly. He was not doing a high pressure sell to do anything more than we wanted. He then rehung and fixed the door better than my expectations.
