Had a great experience with Colton. He assessed everything and gave me pointers on maintenance. He was fun to talk to and share some tidbits from both our military backgrounds. No high pressure tactics. He loves dogs and helped me train my new pup to accept strangers. I gave him dog treats for this. Garage door runs smoothly and now i can rest assured that the spring won't break in the dead of winter.

Just WOW!!! We called Precision Door when all of sudden our garage door failed to open on 12/20. I called them because of their ad on Garage Logic with Joe Schousaray. Within TWO HOURS Colton was here and gone after a thorough inspection, diagnosis of the status and problem, and a complete repair of the garage door. We couldn’t be more thrilled! Colton is an amazing employee for your company: kind, respectful, a pleasure to talk with, and an extremely accomplished technician. We loved his explanation with pictures and written explanation on his iPad. We had an email with all the copy of what was accomplished the second he walked out the door. I told Colton he was fantastic and that I’d be sending Joe an email for his Garage Logic podcast ad! We are so grateful for your wonderful work. You have a new customer for as long as we live here….and we will pass the word!

I am extremely impressed and satisfied with doing business with you great company. I called before 8:00 AM and was told you could send a technician between 8 AM and 10 AM. At 9 AM Colton Sanders called to say he would be over within a half hour. He arrived approximately 9:30. He quickly sized up the situation and did a great recap of what needed to be done along with the charges. We agreed with what needed to be done along with the applicable charges. He had a lot to do and he had it all done by 10:35 AM. My wife and I were so impressed how quickly he got everything done so quickly. My personal opinion he is a master technician and you guys are very fortunate to have him on your staff. He was very polite, professional and provided the best possible customer service. He did many things. Where it says purchase of a new product, if you look at my invoice you can see all that he did. Thank you

Colton phoned his arrival time and was on-time or early He described and showed ( pictures ) of all the issues with hinges/rollers/cables rusted. Fixed agreed upon immediate concerns and showed what needed further intervention and discussed time /cost for remainder of work. Pleasant -quite capable and pleasant.

Originally called because my springs broke. I was a little leery at first since I had to go through 2 recorded messages before getting a Rep. But the Service Rep. Colton made up for it. He was at my door in 40 minutes. He surveyed the situation, pointed out that a few hinges were tearing and the rollers were blown (which I expected). I decided to change it all and put in a new opener since mine was over 25 years old. Colton was done and cleaned up in a little over 2 hours. Great service! To top it off, when he called me out to test the unit, there was a pronounced squeak near the end. Honestly, I would have attributed it to new equipment but he spent another 5 minutes replacing a roller and aligning the track. Above and beyond.

I think I was really overcharged for the work that was done on my door. I told the technician that I would be replacing the door in a year and he still charged me $450 just to get my door working again.

I had a spring break on my door on a Sunday, did some research and choose Precision. Saw they had a chat on the website, so thought would get more information. 5 minutes later I had an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 am.
