Garage door was sometimes not going up. Problem got progressively worse and eventually door would not go up. Called Precision and because of cold weather had to wait for a few days before Jonathan could get here. He came this morning and in a relatively short time fixed the problem. He took the time to walk me thru how the door works and what he had done to fix the problem. Also let me know what I could to to keep the door working. Lastly he explained what kind of door I had and what to expect if the door springs needed replacement. He was very knowledgable and personable. THANKS

I am very impressed with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called after hours on a Wednesday evening and spoke to a very polite employee that got me all set up for today, Thursday. The technician was set up for 2-4p and called in advance to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived on time, figured out the issue, fixed the issue and suggested some upcoming maintenance items to be aware of to ensure the garage door works optimally in the future. In today's day and age, top notch customer service is rare. So, when somebody does it right, it really sticks out. This company does it right!

I gave this review a four star, the fault of this entire experience was paying 50% more of the retailed price for a new garage remote. Other than that my issue did not need any repair just a new remote. Overall, I am pleased with their service however would advise with a word of cation to do some research on pricing.

The entire process, from the fact that I could contact the company in a live online chat (and schedule service right then), to when the job was finished, was seamless The tech, Jonathan, called to confirm prior to his arrival to let me know exactly when he'd get there. He was friendly, professional and explained everything that he needed to do. He also inspected the entire door system (even though we had a minor issue). This was the first time I used Home Advisor. The Representatives from Precision Garage Door contacted me with a few hours to review my situation, Broken Spring, after a few calls a time was locked in and I was presented with a great discount. The on-site Representative call ahead and once on site reviewed my situation and presented me with some options, once agreed the job was completed within 45 minutes. Prior to departing a detailed maintenance list was reviewed and the door runs perfect. I will be sure to recommend to my friends and family

First time I had service with Precision. Phone chat prior to appointment clarified the service I needed. The appointment was same day, and within the window quoted. The tech ( Johnathan ) called me with arrival time. Did a safety inspection of my door, and verified the repair required. He reviewed the quote and completed the work quickly. I am very pleased with the work, the price quoted and how the call was handled.

The company sent out the service man the next day which was on Sunday. They gave me his name right away and sent me a picture of him so I would recognize him. They gave me a two hour window and said he would call to give me an expected time of arrival . Jonathan did all of the above and arrived on time. I explained that I really only needed a remote and he tried everything he could to get a remote for my very old garage door opener but it just wouldn't pair with it. So I had to have a new one put in. He had 2 options that would work and explained everything to me and did a great job. He accidentally Installed a key pad for me and had no problem Removing it when I didn't want one and had apparently misunderstood him when we talked about it. He was wonderful. Got the job done and was very professional and knew his job. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for garage door work. I say 10 out of 10 for them.

I choose your company because someone told me that you guys were reputable. From the inception of the call through the end of the service appointment, everything went perfectly. The original contact that I had on the phone with the agent was done very professionally. She was patient she listened to my concerns, she was very calm and she booked up an appointment for me as early as she could. I received a call from Jonathan the next day when he was on his way. He was on time he was very cordial, he was extremely knowledgeable, he showed me that I could trust him. The work he performed was satisfactory to me and it was done in a timely manner. After completion he explained to me how to operate the openers, the wall-mounted opener, and went through all the different system with me. I was impressed. I ask him to leave his business card because next time I have a problem, I want him to come and take care of it for me. Having employees like Jonathan will make your company more and more prosperous. I want to thank you for sending him over. BTW : he replaced the motor and drive chain, he tuned up all the springs, he added an outside keypad, and installed the safety lights on the door frames.
