I was surprised to find out I could call 24/7 to get an appointment scheduled. That was extremely convenient. I was able to get my service work done the day after I called. The service work was done during the estimated time frame I had been given when I scheduled the appointment. The service individual was very friendly and very helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done to fix my issue. I'm a very satisfied customer, and I will definitely reach out to Precision when I have future garage door issues.

Precision Garage Door got out and immediately repaired my garage door. Had a three hour window for service time where it seemed the others I called gave me an eight hour window. Colton, the technician that serviced my garage door was professional gave a thorough breakdown of the repair work with a quote on the spot. The work was professionally done.
