We heard about Precision on Garage Logic and they were as good, No, better than advertised. From the call in, which was one of The best phone service calls I've had in years, to the service tech, Brian, it was a great experience. On time, explained everything to us, provided very quick service and even took the time to teach a couple of old folks how to use the new technology. If I could give 25 stars I would!!! Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate and some options to consider. He was very professional and worked with us to explain the problem and how to solve. I set an appointment for just basic maintenance and check. The service technician, Brian, was very professional and explained and showed everything very clearly of what should be done but also what wasn't needed. I asked for a quote to install a new opener on the third garage door but Brian suggested why not just use one of the two existing that was most worn but still functional. Then he put a new one on the main, most used door. Two visits to our home, total repair time about 3.5 hours and we are very happy. Brian did a great job!

I called Precision because they are an advertiser on the Garage Logic podcast. My 18'X8' doors' cable came off the jackshaft pulley on one side and the door was in danger of coming loose completely. I called precision at about 10:30 on Saturday morning and by 1:30 that same day, my technician Brian came to my house to get me fixed up. Prior to his arrival, I received a text from Brian / Precision with his picture on it, that was a nice touch. Brian was an awesome technician (and a GL'er) and took care of a decently long list of some minor and some not so minor issues I had with my door and opener. I have been a construction project manager for 36 years and know good service and capable people when I see them, and Precision has it all going on! I highly recommend Precision, you do get what you pay for. Erik Mahin.
