Top class service from technicians Eli and Jose to install new garage doors, hardware, and trim! Arrived on time, efficiently installed 3 new garage doors which look great and run smoothly, explained features and warranty, and were done earlier than we expected. Communications with the company and their technicians was also great from estimate to ordering to scheduling to installation, with notifications provided by e-mail, text and phone so we wouldn't miss them. Grade A service from start to finish and will highly recommend this company to others!

Great work done at a good price and good service. If you Google garage door companies in the Twin Cities, this company is real and professional. CAUTION: there are a number of shady companies that come up on Google searches and look like they are in your area. They usually have a fake street address, odd web addresses and you'll notice they have cheap or similarly-designed websites. I had very poor service in the past from one of these "companies" and it was an awful and expensive experience. --> PRECISION IS LEGIT, unlike those. Use them.

The entire process was awesome. Called late on Saturday night after my garage door stopped half way up. Set appointment for 8-10 A.M. Sunday morning. Ian called and arrived promptly at 8. Explained everything he would be doing and completed all the work in a couple of hours. Total professional all the way. I would highly recommend them anytime. Couldn't be happier. Stuart B.

My technician was Erik Jergenson, and he was amazing! Precision Door sent him over right away to fix my door, and my opener needed to be replaced, he said it would take 40 minutes and he had it up and running in less time and it works great! He was extremely professional and also understanding of my need for social distancing due to my fears of the coronavirus.

I called on a Saturday morning with a garage door opener in need of replacement thinking it would be scheduled for the following week, M-F. To my surprise they had a local tech, Eric, who could do the service later that same day. Eric arrived at the time he stated he would and was superb ... polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He did an excellent job ... no complaints, only kudos!

I was totally satisfied with tech Jason Schuster. He took his time and explained to me the problem. He also showed me what he did to fix the problem. Your advertisement info sold me on using you. You are local, registered with the BBB and had a great response time. I would recommend your service.

I can’t say enough about Devon. He came out for service today as we had trouble with our garage door. From the start he was very professional. What Devon ended up finding (very quickly I might add) was a simple fix. He was very honest with his findings, took care of me, set me up and went on his way. He made sure that I didn’t have any questions and was professional all the way out the driveway.

We were able to get an appointment immediately but the estimate was double what we ended up paying with another company that came out 2 hours later. Be careful of the service fee that will be “waived” if they end up doing the work because once they are at your place the estimate is extremely high. You will end up paying the service fee.

Everything from the initial call to having Jon come out and fix the garage door went really smooth. There was constant communication and even an email from Jon telling us a little about himself and his family along with his picture. It was nice to see the face of the person coming to your house before hand especially in today's times. Excellent service from beginning to end!
