The technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done and why in terms that I could understand. We needed all new equipment and you can't imagine how nice it is to go from a creaky garage door that sounds like it is going to fall off when it is opened or closed to something that we can't even hear it open or shut and can control from our phones. Your company does it the right way and I would recommend you to any friends.

Travis R was great, quick diagnosis, and competent installer. His sales pitch had no pressure, just the facts!

Christopher Kratoska

Jason was great. On time, thorough, friendly.

Stephen Shuman

Prompt, courteous, effective and fairly priced service from Travis on a Saturday when our old wooden garage door broke and jammed halfway down. He got it down and secured for us and got us the info we needed on door replacement. Great responsiveness and communication from our initial call through the repair visit and also from Alex who quickly came out a few days later for an estimate. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

We had a broken safety cable that was causing our door to go back up instead of closing. Erik came out and replace the cable. He even lubed the door and pulleys. He went above and beyond. I would recommend Erik for any garage door repairs.

Annette Scott

Our door was run into by a car and partially laying on a vehicle in the garage. Precision Door had the new door installed and the old door removed within a few hours. Very professional and knowledgeable.

After being brushed off by another company who wanted me to get up on a ladder and fix the issue myself I found this company. It turned out that the solution to the door closing issue was quite simple but there was no way to know without it being looked at. Appreciate the prompt, no-hassle service. And the minimum cost just to show up was much more reasonable than the other company quoted.

One of the coldest days of the year. The wife crashed into the garage door and knocked it and one of the cables off the track, plus bent the bottom panel. I found Precision on Angie's List. they were out in less than an hour. Repaired the door in less than two and it only cost 145$!!. Plus they let me know when they were coming as well as when they got close to the house and even sent a picture of the technician. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely call these guys again.

Alex was prompt and polite, even though it was an after hours call and freezing cold, and the garage is detached. He identified the problem, as well as some maintenance that could be done to prevent further issues. He gave me options, and fixed the issue so I could rest easy that my door was able to be closed tonight. I appreciate the prompt service!

I am 100% pleased with the work Devon and Erik started and completed this morning. They took the time to explain and show me why my garage door was not working properly and what needed to be done. I was given plenty of time to review their bid and ask questions without any pressure to work with their company. They were very pleasant and professional and did a great job fixing my garage door. Thank you!

Jeep vs Garage Door: The Jeep won and the garage door was TKO. I called you at 10:30 a.m. and your technician, Travis Reiman, arrived a few hours later. The job was evaluated and a new door needed to be ordered. Travis took great care matching door colors to the other town homes in my home owners association. Travis, went the extra mile to get my broken door open so I could get my car out of the garage and then lowered the door and locked it for me. Thank you!
