My springs broke on my garage door on Wednesday @ 3:00 P.M. I called that afternoon and they sent out Josh the next day at 10 A.M. Josh explained what was needed @ what the price was. Every thing was competed within 2 hours. Our door works better then it did before. ( like a well oiled machine now ) I would advise Precision Door Service to my family, friends, or anyone. The spring on my garage door broke and I called Precision Garage Door. Josh came out the next day, called to tell me he was on his way. He replaced both springs and balanced the garage door perfectly. He was very professional.

They were able to get me an appointment within a couple of hours of me calling. Our technician communicated well about when he would arrive. Once he did arrive, he was friendly and professional. He was able to get me quote on the repair I needed, and also made some suggestions on some other things he thought should be taken care of, but was not pushy about doing the extra things. Came home last night to a garage door that wouldn't open and being new to the area had no idea who to call. Did a quick search on Google and found Precision, read a few reviews and decided to call in the morning. They were out within two hours of me calling. I received a text with a photo of Joshua, my technician, immediately and Joshua called a few minutes before arriving. Quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and completed the repairs. My spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision to see if they could help. Amanda was very courteous and made sure she had all the right information and said she could have someone out that afternoon. Josh called to see if it was ok if he could come a little early. When he got here he look over my door and gave me quote and only sold me what I needed, he was not pushing to sell the whole package. He got started with the work, he was courteous, respectful and kind, he went above the call of duty, he did a great job; he fixed the spring and worked until he got the door quite and running smooth. I got home from work late at night and as soon as I closed the garage door, I heard a "bang" and then realized one of my springs had just broken. I was concerned about being able to get our cars out the next morning. I called Precision right away the next morning and a very friendly and helpful lady said they could have someone out to our house between 9 and 11am. I was thrilled. Josh called ahead to say he was on the way and he got here about 9:30. After an inspection, he explained the process and costs to repair the spring and he also offered additional maintenance services if we so desired. One of our cables was starting to fray, so we had those replaced as well. Josh did an awesome job of explaining everything, giving me estimates on time and cost, and keeping me up to date on the repair. The whole thing was done in a little over an hour and we were back in business. He explained what he found during the repairs, and he also readjusted our garage door opener to work properly with the new springs in place. I was thrilled by how fast and professional everything was. I was worried I wouldn't get our door fixed by the end of the day, but we were back up and running (even better than before) just a few hours after I called. I'm very happy with my experience and really impressed by the job that Josh did for us. Thank you!

The technician, Josh, arrived when expected, looked at the problem I was having with a garage door not closing, and fixed the problem with some adjustments to the spring tension and oiled everything up so that it the garage door operated more smoothly and quietly. He also noticed a couple of rusty and fraying cables that he suggested replacing. He broke down the quote for services, suggesting adjusting and oiling the other doors, and while there were suggestions to replace aging rollers, I didn't feel pressured to do so. Josh did the work I agreed to that day in the extreme cold, and the garage doors have been working great since.

Overall we had a great experience with Precision Door Service. We had a cable break on our garage door and needed to have it repaired quickly. Called Precision approximately 11:30 AM, Technician Josh Kuss arrived about 1:30PM. Josh was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!
