I made the appointment in the morning and they were out in the afternoon at the time they said they would be at my home. They did an assessment of my garage door situation and made several recommendations from the basic fix to a fix that would prevent future issues. They showed me the areas of concern and once I made my decision on what level of service I wanted they got to work and fixed the door within an hour. The door never sounded quieter and worked as well as it does now. They were very polite and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to everyone.

Quick service response for an afternoon repair issue. The responding tech Jason was professional, knowledgable, and fairly presented all options. Being that I was flying out on vacation early the following morning, repair was the best immediate option. Jason worked to get the door working, so I woud have the peace of mind that I could park my car inside while on vacation and know that house was also secure. A little confusion over the time. I wrote down 10:00 to 12:00; I didn't notice on the email confirmation that the time was 12:00 to 2:00. The technician called at 11:30. When he realized there was a confusion over the time he came in ten minutes, which was much appreciated. This was an Angie's List deal. He checked the garage door opener and changed the rollers per the deal. The opener was very noisy before but it is much quieter now. We were very satisfied with the work.
