I was searching for a garage door repair service and came across Precision Door Service. I went to their website just to take a look and see what they offered. While searching, a chat window popped up asking if they were able to help me. I let them know what I was looking for and they were able to get me all the information that I needed and even set up an appointment for the very next day. I was given a two hour window that someone would show up and 1/2 hr before the start of the two hour window, I got a call from Jason, the technician, to let me know that he could come a little earlier. I showed Jason the problem and he let me know what he was going to do by providing an inspection of the garage door and three different options to help ensure that the door is fixed and would last a long time. Within an hour he was all done with the repairs and maintence items I requested and he was done! I was extremely happy with the service from their website, chat window, and especially with Jason and the level of service that was provided. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and especially Jason.
