I broke the spring on one of my garage doors. I called Precision Garage doors in the late morning and had a service technicion here a few hours later. The technicion, Alex Williamson, did an assessment of all three garage doors and offered a common sense repair of the broken spring and additional needed bearings. Repair was complete within an hour. Excellent job. Highly recommended.

Precision Garage Door Twin Cities was at my house within 60 minutes of my call. The technician (Chad M.) was friendly and knowledgeable. He made an assessment of my three garage doors, told me what he recommended, told me what he thought could wait until later, and provided estimates for both. After I approved the work, Chad went straight to work and had everything completed within an hour. Given Chad's honesty, his lack of pressure, and the quality of the work, I would do business with Precision Garage Door again.

Alex showed up and I had a little issue with getting the garage door open with a broken spring. It was the only access to get in the garage. He didn't hesitate and found a way to get the door open . I was given a couple options and I chose just to have the springs replaced. Alex was very professional and had my garage door in working condition in a very reasonable time. My first thought was to repair it myself. Looking up what the parts were going to cost and the extra tools needed for the job plus my time. It was a easy decision to call a professional. Plus this was on Labor day.

We had two new garage door openers installed by Alex. The whole process was excellent. Scheduling was easy (the dispatcher was able to get me an appointment on the same day) and the technician Alex was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, on time and did a fantastic job with the installation. Sun 4pm. spring broke. 4:10 called. Mon 8:30am the Technician, Alex arrives. Took him about an hour and not only is the spring fixed, he was also able to tighten up the chains and replace a rusty rotor he noticed. Both garage doors run smoother than they ever have. Very happy. Have a great 4th Alex and team, much appreciated!!!

Precision team do deserve the high ratings they have I have my opener keeps opening by itself, i called Alex from Precision showed in the same day at the time they said, took one hour of diagnostics, reset the codes, explained the actions he will perform, and the next action by costs in case problem persists, their cost for repair is very fair, i do recommend them
