I chose Precision Door MN because they were able to come next day instead of next week like another company I contacted before them. My technician was Alex W. and he was able to figure out why my garage door wouldn't open. Turns out it just had to be reset. I feel stupid but now I know. He also fixed a cable that was a bit not in place. Very knowledgeable and the bill wasn't that much either. Will definitely keep this company in mind next time something happens.

Overall, this was a very positive experience. My old garage door opener decided to stop functioning on a Saturday night...just would not lift the door. I called several places, and did not hire any of them, due to big trip charges, huge hourly labor rates, and disinterested customer service people. When I hit your company, your answering service was obviously connected to you. Operator Kim could describe how your company functioned, its philosophy, how fees worked, etc. She was also warm, caring, and supportive. She assigned my case to Technician Alex. Alex arrived on time this morning (actually 10 minutes early), and was very personable, kind, and patient. I agreed to replace the opener, rather than repair the old one, but felt he gave me the time to make that decision on my own. There was no pressure at all. He was knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions about the new equipment and about the invoice. He was also efficient, and installed the new opener and the additional equipment in record time. And, it's all working very nicely right now. Initially, I was attracted to your ad that indicated you worked on weekends for no additional fees. I was calling late on Saturday, so all of your Sunday slots were filled. I decided Monday AM was good enough, since everything else seemed so "right." Would not hesitate to call you again, and plan to recommend you to others.

The lady I talked to when I called to make an appointment was very helpful and kind. I was given a two-hour window of when the service tech would arrive. He called 30 min before he arrived, at the beginning of that window. I also was sent an email with the tech's name and picture on it so I could be assured who was knocking on my door. We made the appointment on a Wednesday afternoon and the tech arrived the next morning. The technician, Alex looked at my garage door to determine the repaires needed and gave me an estimate. It didn't take him long to complete repairs of replacing the sensors and cables. Then he lubed, adjusted, and tested the functioning of the door. I am vary pleased with the whole process. Friendly, punctual, and thorough service!
