Called for repair and was given 2 hour window for appointment. The tech, Jason, called within 15 minutes and said he was 20 minutes away. He arrived promptly and accessed the repair - quoted me 3 options. Jason was very professional and repaired my garage door in no time at all! Works great so far. I would recommend Precision to anyone when you're in a bind!

Within about 30 minutes of chatting with their online Customer Service Specialist, AJ was at my place and assessing the situation (some of that was luck of availability and being in the area, I know). AJ explained everything easily and made sure I had no questions. The work was done quickly and respectfully. Hopefully I won't need any more Garage Door repairs, but if I do, I will reach out again.

Precision Door Service was exceptional and professional from start to finish. Our door broke on the weekend -- of course -- and they were able to send someone out within two hours. The service tech was easy to talk to, trustworthy and efficient. He replaced broken springs, rusted rollers, cracking hinges and stabilized the area where the chain was attached to the door. It's rare to have service this good! I will be recommending them to the neighbors!
