He called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived well within the 2 hr window. Lars took the remote and was able to analyze the problem and reprogram the remote in a matter of minutes. Lars was here today and replaced the worn out gears in my garage door opener. He also applied some lubricant to the rollers and hinges on the garage door, and suggested that I consider replacing the rollers and a couple of other support parts fairly soon. I appreciated that there was no pressure with the recommendation, just a suggestion that I consider this in the near future. Lars was very friendly, efficient and helpful, and my garage door opener is again working great! If my door or opener need service again, I would not hesitate to contact Precision Door and request Lars!

I was given an appointment right away and they were there within 2 hrs. And the service man was just very nice and took care of the problem. He never ask me to do more than I needed done, however he suggested things that I could do and he serviced the garage door and it now works better than it ever has.
