Our repair service was excellent. Alex, who did our repair service, came to our home on a Sat in a timely manner and reviewed the issues in detail along with the quote. He completed the repair and serviced our other garage door with no hidden costs. I would highly recommend this company without reservation.

Fast next day service when one cable broke, door hung crooked about 2 ft off ground. Track bent as a result, so that had to be replaced. John was excellent, showed us in detail what needed to be repaired and why, worked very efficiently and cleaned up as he went so no materials were left behind for us to dispose of. We also had him replace the weather strip on both doors (badly needed long before the cable broke) and he showed us what to do to prevent similar damage in the future. Reset the springs and lubed everything. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work done on our 26-yr-old doors. I recommend John and Precision Door St. Paul. Great work.

Unfortunately my garage door broke last night and I needed it to fixed ASAP due to cars being parked in the garage. I called at 6:30 AM and was able to have a technician to my house at 8AM. My technician (Jason Schuster) was very professional and he was aware I had to leave at a certain time to take my kids to school and he worked diligently to be sure it was done on time. I will for surely be using Precision for all my garage door needs in the future.

Broken spring on our garage door. Called them and the service technician was at our home within a half hour. And less than an hour later, the springs were replaced and our door was working great!

This is my second time working with Precision. I was extremely satisfied with the service and work that my technician, Devon did today with my garage door repair. He was timely, very knowledgeable and helpful with next steps and recommendations for my broken garage door opener. Not to mention, it was -12 degrees out and he never once complained about the working conditions or cold weather. The job was complete within 30 minutes of his arrival. Job well done! I will be calling Precision and requesting Devon for any other garage door repairs needed in my near future.

From start to finish this was a pleasant experience, all done by noon same day! Prompt and polite customer service answered call to schedule appt. Offered 2 hour windows all day. Confirmed via text and email. The technician Devon also called and texted me to see if he could come early - yes! Devon was knowledgeable and polite. Explain the costs of each procedure. He even know when Precision's last visit to our house was, and what they did. Devon completed the tasks in 30 minutes. Awesome job. Doors hum.

UPDATE: I previously posted a review expressing my dissatisfaction with Precision Door Service.I promptly received a call from the manager of the company desiring to "make things right". After listening to the things that I was unhappy about I received an apology, a financial credit to my bill and an assurance that training would take place with new employees would happen so that others would never have the experience I had. I have to give a lot of credit to the genuine concern and action taken - it changed my mind about this company. Previous post: When your garage door breaks - you need service quick! Precision was very quick to respond and were prompt, communicating exactly when they would arrive. The young man that worked on the door was courteous. However, I have had these kinds of issues serviced again and I felt like their price was very high for the work that was done. They seemed much more interested in selling me a totally new garage door system - making numerous comments about how what I was currently using was a piece of junk and worthless. My garage door system has worked with very few repairs for 26 years now, so I don't feel like it was a piece of junk - and spending the amount of money they felt like I needed to spend to update it seemed out of line. When it was all said and done - they really hadn't fixed the door - I had to call them back as the door only went up 2 feet. They did come back and fix it, but in mind testing to make sure that the repair actually worked should have been part of the process? I don't think that this is the company I will use in the future.

I called at 8pm on a Saturday, and a LIVE PERSON answered! I almost fell out of my chair. She set up an appointment for 8am the next morning (Sunday!), and the guy pulled up at 7:59am. He had the door fixed within 20 minutes, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will always come back to this company for garage door service. I wish they did other types of service, too!

The first thing I did after Devon left was to tape his business card to the garage wall in case it ever breaks again I know exactly to call. Could not be happier with him. He had my door fixed in about 20 minutes and even helped me fix a small problem on my other garage door. I can’t recommend Devon enough.

I did a little research before I settled on this company to fix the broken springs on my garage door. Making the appointment was super easy. We happened to be busy the day of so I had to call back to change my appointment to the next day. The customer service rep I spoke with was very nice and made a new appointment for me in no time. I appreciated that they did not make me wait more than a minute to speak to a rep. Our technician Devon was super informational and professional. He gave me a curiously call to ask if he could come by a little early, which I did not mind at all. My husband asked him tons of questions and he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It only took about an hour from the time Devon arrived to the time he replaced the springs. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs any garage fix. SHOUT OUT to Devon! He did a great job with a positive attitude. It's hard now a day to get service with good attitude. That truly made this experience amazing.
