Garage Door Repair in Minneapolis & St Paul - Page 190

Elizabeth Wolner

The staff at Precision has been such a joy to work with. I cast a wide net when looking for quotes, and they were quick, fair, efficient, and pleasant. They worked hard to make special accommodations for me since I need to retrofit a new door in a very old garage (and shorter opening size). I won't receive the door and have the installation until mid-October due to a custom order, so pending that experience- BUT from what I have seen so far, I'm sure that will go off without a hitch. Shout-out to Erica & Ronnie who have been especially helpful.

Jason came to my house today to look at my garage door. It was a great experience. He called about twenty minutes before he came. When he came, he went through everything in a very thorough way. And, finally, the fix went well, and he went through the inspection of the door in a way that I could easily understand. In all, it was a great customer experience.

Ronnie came out within 2 hours after I called. At no time was I under pressure to purchase anything or do anything. All things were explained to me. If I need any further anything done to my garage door I will use precision door company and want Ronnie again. I had another garage company this spring that ripped me off and did nothing and charged me almost $600

From the time I discovered my garage door would not open, due to the main spring being broken, till it was fixed, and Eli had departed, was less than 2 hours. Everyone I talked to or worked with was very pleasant. A total 10 on everything. Great job.

We had a major garage door mishap on Thursday 08/27/20 around 5:15pm. I had to leave for a while but used your chat service around 8pm. You had an appt for me for 8am the next morning. Your tech, Erik Jergenson, text me and called me and was at my house at 8am. He surveyed what had happened, put a plan in place while explaining everything that needed to be done. He got to work and was finished before 11am. Great job and clean. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair, service or replacement.

Prompt, safe, efficient and friendly are words I would use to describe our experience. I appreciated getting a notice (with picture) of the tech who would be performing the install. We love the quietness of the new opener and appreciate the motion-sensitive bright lights. All in all it was a great experience.
