I had a great experience using precision Garage Door Service. I made an appointment online and had the service done the same day . Patrick the technician did a great job of identifying the problem, explaining our options to resolve the problem and fixing in less than an hour. Definitely would use precision again in the future if a problem arises.

Our garage door opener had become very unreliable. Patrick from Precision gave us a detailed estimate of what was needed to fix it. Then he quickly did a replacement of the opener and the related parts. He was done in less than 2 hours. It works great and the price was reasonable. We highly recommend this supplier.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a positive review, Jim. We appreciate your review and feedback. We are glad to hear that you had a great experience with our local Rochester, MN team.

Patrick Rough, representing Precision Overhead Garage Door Service has "Gone Beyond the Call of Duty" concerning the maintenance of my system. There was the "Winter Call". Yes, you guessed it. Wind Chills below -35 degrees and the guy was somehow able to get my Overhead Garage Door to work again. There was the "Summer Call" in which he had to work on replacing my 25 year old Genie Garage Equipment. Finally, there was the "Recent Call" in which he effectively detailed my current Garage Door...never has worked better.
We appreciate your positive review, John! Thank you for your recommendation and we are glad to hear that you had a great experience with us.
