He called to let me know when he would arrive, was thorough on his review of my current opener only 4 years old showing me where it was defective and giving me options to fix or replace. Since I had other issues with current opener in the past I chose replacement. Jason installed new opener and now I’m all set. He even programmed my car with opener! My door still jerks when opening.Jason changed the position of the J hook and offered to change some bearings ,which I feel would be unnecessary. I still feel the springs are unbalanced.

Amazing service! From the lady who made my appointment to the repair technician, Jason S....the experience was awesome! Jason took the time to explain everything without me having to ask. So often repair techs forget that we don't know the parts like they do. Jason showed me pictures on his tablet so I could see things up close. He was seriously awesome! Technician Jason called 30 mins prior to scheduled arrival and arrived as planned. He completed garage door safety check and pointed out what needed repairing. After providing an estimate, he made the repairs, completing them within 1.5 hours. Final invoice matched estimate and copy of completed safety checklist, including photos, was e-mail to be, as promised. Our garage spring unexpectedly broke and left me with my car stuck inside. I went online to look for help on getting a quote for how much the fix would be as well as the timing for when I would be able to access my car. It was early in the morning so I was very nervous I wouldn't be able to find any information for at least a couple hours let alone be able to get to my car for the rest of the day. I came across the Precision website and was happy to see they were local to my area. I used the Live Chat option to ask my questions and with informative answers, I scheduled an appointment the same day. I was very impressed with the amount of detail in the responses to my questions and the short amount of time it took to schedule an appointment the same day. In addition to this, I received an email confirmation of my appointment, a text message with details on my technician that would be coming and a phone call from the person letting me know when he was going to arrive. While he was at my house, he completed a full review of our garage door and gave me all the details with photos of the issue(s) as well as options as far as the repair.
