I called at midnight and a wonderful technician, Devon, was at my house at 7:55 this morning. He explained in detail what the problem was and fixed it in time for me to get to my meeting. Called at 12 Noon. Devon (The Tech) was out by 1:15 on the same day. Devon performed an inspected, showed me some other concerns he had, and then I chose the work I wanted to perform. Service was great. I requested quote and was given prompt call back by Tom. He was knowledgeable and walked we through options and provide cost of complete service. When technician Devon arrived he too was knowledgeable and provide recommendation on best installation option. Devon did great job installing 2 units and replacing rollers in one door. The work was done in clean and efficient manner with high quality. Devon provided thorough review of systems. The doors operation is now significantly quieter and smoother.

Devon was knowledgeable, came early, and gave us the fix-it for now option or replace it now. Our opener was SO noisy, and he lubed up everything. It's tons quieter. May not stay that way, since it's almost 19 years old. When it has to be replaced, we will definitely call on Precision.
