My garage door had been acting weird for a while and I had people who were going to be staying at my house when I was away so I had Precision come out to look at it. Although the system didn't need to be replaced immediately, I was presented with 3 options - one that was a "band-aid", but would be least expensive up front. Another that would solve the whole problem, but would be much more expensive. And a middle option that would buy me a few years without replacing everything. I ended up deciding to replace everything, but I appreciated having less expensive options so I didn't feel like I only had one choice. Once I decided which route I wanted to go, Chuck started the work and was completely done within about 2 hours. I was able to leave town knowing my guests wouldn't have to worry about having their car stuck in my garage and the new system is so quiet and smooth!

Chuck showed up early with my permission first only an hour after I called to request help. He Identified the problem right away and thoroughly explained what my options were for repair. Once I approved of the repairs, he got to work right away and finished sooner than I had expected. He showed me how to program everything and checked to make sure I had no further questions. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgable. I highly recommend Precision and Chuck!

Who knew garage doors needed maintenance to keep running? I suppose I should have known, but I’m a desk jockey. “Do what you do best, and pay others to do the rest”. I needed all new parts as most of the parts were rusted and shot. The technician explained everything and I didn't feel pressured into replacing extra parts. I bit the bullet and replaced it all. Home ownership can be a painful life lesson, but it’s all a learning experience. The repair went fast and operates much quieter now. I will make sure to lube the spots in the future.

I made the appointment online and they had very good communication about the technician and the arrival time. Chuck is very professional; he identified the issues and explained clearly. He had everything completed in less than two hours. The cost of the replacement was higher than I expected, but we are very happy about the result.
