We chose you because of location, in the St. Paul area. We like to do local. The day of installation the workers were on time, courteous and did not leave the job until it was complete. It didn't take nearly as long as we had anticipated. The material and workmanship was top quality. We would highly recommend.

5 Stars for sure! Our garage door opener ceased to work last night and after consulting Angie's list for recommendations, decided to contact Precision. I was pleased to be able to speak one on one with a service representative who set about scheduling an appointment for me. My service was scheduled between noon and 2:00PM. At precisely noon, my phone rang! AJ was calling from my driveway; he had arrived. I instinctively KNEW I could trust A.J. He was incredibly pleasant, explained that he would be conducting a thorough exam of our equipment and would communicate his findings upon completion. True to his word, he brought me into the garage to review his findings with me. I realized how lucky we had been that the garage door had worked for as long as it did. I purchased the recommended package and he set about making the repairs. It is comforting to know that all repairs made are guaranteed and I will most definitely be in touch again when I am able to replace the actual garage door opener. I discovered my garage door had a broken spring on Sunday morning. I called Precision, and they sent AJ out to repair it that afternoon. He had new springs and replacement cables installed in about an hour, explaining each step as he went along (AJ found that the old cables were frayed - not safe). He did an excellent job, and I will call Precision for my next garage door servicing. Atta boy, AJ!

We all know how it goes your garage breaks at 5:30 am never a convenient time right? By a little after 7am I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. When Rudy arrived he went Whoa!! yeah you have some issues an after a quick assessment he gave a me couple options with Quotes. After picking which route I wanted to go Rudy got to work and in a short amount of time everything was fixed! With all the new parts in its so much Quieter than before. Top notch service from all involved!!!

A little confusion over the time. I wrote down 10:00 to 12:00; I didn't notice on the email confirmation that the time was 12:00 to 2:00. The technician called at 11:30. When he realized there was a confusion over the time he came in ten minutes, which was much appreciated. This was an Angie's List deal. He checked the garage door opener and changed the rollers per the deal. The opener was very noisy before but it is much quieter now. We were very satisfied with the work.

Jason arrived shortly after 2 p.m., and the window was 2-4. I appreciated this. He was professional. He assessed the various parts and mechanics of the garage door to my town home and came up with 3 options for better action of the door. So I chose the option 'best' because this is the first time in more than 19 years that this door has been given any real attention with regard to its condition and level of functioning. There was clearly a difference when Jason completed the work proposed. Especially the loss of that awful sound the door had been making for a couple of years!
