Our garage door opening mechanism was replaced. "AJ" was the technician. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done very thoroughly. When completed, he went through everything he did and gave us the information we needed for the new system. Definitely 5-STAR!

Our garage door suddenly stopped working on a Sunday. I called Precision and they came out that same day, recommended either a new spring which he could do right then but after chatting we felt a new garage door was the best option. He fixed the spring to carry us through until the new garage door was installed. They got it installed much quicker than estimated and I didn't even have to do a thing! Affordable too! Great experience.

The technition A.J. was very knowledgeable quickly assesed the problem and repaired it accordingly with a new key pad. He was on time in fact called earlier because he had some available time to complete the job earlier. He conducted a psot inspection of the work and tested the system several times to ensure it's proper working order. A.J. was very friendly and provided great customer service. I would highly recomend Precision door.

Quick service response for an afternoon repair issue. The responding tech Jason was professional, knowledgable, and fairly presented all options. Being that I was flying out on vacation early the following morning, repair was the best immediate option. Jason worked to get the door working, so I woud have the peace of mind that I could park my car inside while on vacation and know that house was also secure. Excellent service and communication from start to finish. I was able to book my service call at 11:30 at night the day I made the request. I received a confirmation phone with an estimated arrival date for my service call within the first 15 minutes of my 2 hour service window. AJ was courteous, explained options, and made the repairs in a an efficient manner. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage repair!

Originally looked at Precision Door because we were unhappy with the previous 2 companies we had worked with on our garage door. AJ came to our house, was able to help troubleshoot issues with our opener, but not only that, identified some potentially hazardous issues with how the previous companies had "fixed" the door. AJ was able to walk me through all the issues and help give me a quote for a new door (which should have happened with the last company rather than their "fix"). AJ was patient with all my questions, had answers ready, and ultimately gave us a good price on a new door. Thank you AJ and Precision Door! I will definitely be calling them again for Garage door issues (just hopefully not too soon!)
