Jason arrived shortly after 2 p.m., and the window was 2-4. I appreciated this. He was professional. He assessed the various parts and mechanics of the garage door to my town home and came up with 3 options for better action of the door. So I chose the option 'best' because this is the first time in more than 19 years that this door has been given any real attention with regard to its condition and level of functioning. There was clearly a difference when Jason completed the work proposed. Especially the loss of that awful sound the door had been making for a couple of years!

Jason was my technician. He was prompt arrived when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed the issue was no electricity coming into the garage. Did an efficient job of checking status of door, cables, rollers. Offered options I could accept. I just did the service charge as the key for me was being able to manually open the door. Nice work - would recommend Jason to anyone.

Great!!! We had an Angie's coupon for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement, and Jason did such a great job that we hired him to do the same on our second garage door. Jason was very knowledgeable and efficient. We have had this same service from other companies over the years, and Jason did the best job ever in that the doors are now so quiet and smooth, they sound and act like they are new. We will be using Precision Door in the future!
