My door still jerks when opening.Jason changed the position of the J hook and offered to change some bearings ,which I feel would be unnecessary. I still feel the springs are unbalanced.

I subscribe to the HSA Warranty program and rely on them to screen vendors for reliability and quality. They recommended Precision to me and I was very pleased with the service I received. The two gentlemen who came to my house were very professional. on time and pointed out other problems that could cause problems in the future, so we were able to take a proactive stance to prevent inconveniences down the road. I was very pleased.

I was notified by phone and text 45 minutes before the team arrived. They were friendly from the get go, shaking hands all around. Tom inspected both doors. Gave me 3 estimates, lowest, middle and highest and explained in detail what each estimate included and did not include. Since one new door costs about %150 of the cost of repairing both, I had the work done and more parts were replaced than I anticipated. But for the first time in over 2 years, I can raise and lower both doors quite effortlessly. The team worked in unison, and went gratis on two hinges that solved a sticking problem with the lowest panel on one door. I paid by credit card . Great work gentlemen! I really appreciate the job well done!

Had the torsion spring break on my garage door. Called Precision and talked to a real person immediately. They got me an appointment the very next day. Tom arrived on time and had an estimate of repairs in 10 minutes. Their trucks are fully stocked with the major parts, so he was able to replace the spring on the spot. Tom also did a thorough check of the rest of the door system to identify any other problems. Total job time took 45 minutes and my garage door is up and running! Will definitely call Precision again for my garage door.

Amazing service! From the lady who made my appointment to the repair technician, Jason S....the experience was awesome! Jason took the time to explain everything without me having to ask. So often repair techs forget that we don't know the parts like they do. Jason showed me pictures on his tablet so I could see things up close. He was seriously awesome!
