We had a great experience with Precision. Our spring broke on our garage door Saturday morning. I was able to set up an appointment through the website for later that day. The Tech called me 20 minutes before the scheduled time and told me when he was going to be arriving. He was thorough in explaining what happened and what my options were. He got the job done in about an hour. Would 100% recommend! Courteous, professional and timely!

Chad was thorough and explained recommended maintenance as well as repairing our issue. Another company with "free" estimates told us we needed a new unit & parts which was a scam or totally inept worker on their part. I'd recommend Precision Garage Door in a heartbeat. Great service and ethical business services.

Adam listened to my explanation of what the opener/door were doing and then spent quality time examining the door both in its parts and in its movement. Of course, it would not act up today with the technician there. He made me feel comfortable with the current status of the door, and gave me a possible remedy if it should recur.

Same day repair and courteous / knowledgeable tech are the positives. However, they’re way overpriced. Quotes cheapest spring over the phone (for one), but you always replace both, and that ended up 3x the quote. Also suggested several unnecessary replacements on a three year old door - reeks of taking advantage of customers. $650 for $200 in parts and 30 mins of work.. will do it myself next time. Edit: note that in my call, I did state it’s a large, 16x8 door, which would obviously have two large springs. Those springs can be bought elsewhere for

We also understand that pricing over the phone is difficult to relay as there are many factors in the needs for each type of door. For example, light single-car doors use one smaller spring while insulated double-car garage doors us two heavier-duty springs. We do try to let customers know a range of what to expect and inform them that exact pricing is given by the Technician after the full inspection is done and before any work is started. I'm sorry this solution was not what you were expecting. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will be happy to discuss this further if that would be helpful for you.

Chad (who should get an Employee of the Year award) came to our house on a Saturday afternoon and, in a very short time, solved ALL of our garage door remote control problems (we have lots of vehicles and lots of remotes and we struggled with trying to program our cars to open the garage doors; the door pads (on the outside of the garage) stopped working - anyway, it was a mass of trouble! Chad straightened it all out, lubricated our doors (now they HUM instead of GROAN) and while doing so he regaled us with tales of his pool playing!! (IF he comes out, ask him to show you the video of a CRAZY game-winning shot he made!!!) The price was fantastic and everything was quickly done and it felt like we spent 1/2 hour with a friend. We HIGHLY recommend Precision... and CHAD!
