Their availability on a weekend was a HUGE plus. Also, the technician they sent out was very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and friendly. I had one major issue with them. They aren't able to service garage door spring mechanisms with internal springs (Wayne Dalton brand). I understand that this is their prerogative. However, it would have been helpful if during me booking my appointment that they had asked what brand I had up front. It would have saved them a trip and me a bill for $85 only for them to tell me they can't do anything other than install a completely different system for $1200+. Overall though, other than this issue, I would use them again.

He offered reasonable cost suggestions to improve our garage door operation. He also had everything he needed in his truck to compete the opener installation and replace the garage door rollers immediately. Great service!

I recommend Precision Garage Door Service with no reservation and was completely satisfied with the entire process. I called midafternoon on Saturday and my call was promptly answered by a very courteous and polite woman who listen to my issue and assured me it would be handled the next day, with no additional week-end charge for the call. Gregg, the tech, was at my house before 9am Sunday morning, did a thorough 25 point inspection of my garage door apparatus, explained the evaluation and process in detail, answered all of my questions and concerns, made suggestions for what needed to be done immediately and what would wait for usual maintenance in the future. The cost was more than reasonable and he performed the job expertly, and in just a little over an hour! I highly recommend this company and know you won't be disappointed with the level of professionalism, courtesy, competence or the level of expertise they provide.

My appointment with them was between 8-10 am on a Sunday not only is it great that they do weekends but the technician Gregg that they sent out was at my house by 815 cant beat that there was a lot of stuff that needed to be done on my garage door and however I think the price they gave me was fair I just didn't have it at the time the tech didnt at all push me to spend more than i could afford told him all I could afford was the bare minimum repair to get the door working again and he got right to work and was done within a half hour. Great first experience definitely will go through them again next time

After our garage door refused to lift, we detected a broken spring and a wheel that had jumped the track. A quick call was made to Precision Garage Door (who we have used before). They offered an appointment time for the next morning, first thing. That morning I received a text at 8:10am that the technician was on his way. Upon arrival, Gregg inspected the entire door and tracks. The inspection revealed that part of the track had worked itself loose, the wheels on our 10+ year old door were rusting and worn out, and of course the spring was shot. Gregg provided an estimate on the spot and, after approval, completed all the work in about an hour. The door is now quiet and operating perfectly. Gregg was professional and a skilled technician. It was a pleasure working with him and Precision Garage Door. When garage door service is needed, they are and will continue be our first call.
