I was referred to Precision from my home warranty company. A new garage door opener was installed. AJ was the technician. He was fabulous! I felt very safe with him in my home/garage. AJ was so professional and kind. He fixed my problem with the opener and I was so impressed with AJ, that I will be purchasing a new garage door from Precision in the very near future. 5 stars for sure!

The entire experience with Precision Door - from placing the initial request for service down to the installation review with AJ - was nothing but efficient, courteous and professional. Of particular note was the knowledgeable and friendly installation technician - AJ. He arrived exactly on time and after a quick introduction and review of what service was to be performed got to work straight away. After a very short time he was finished and gave me a demonstration of the new hardware installed - in our case a garage door opener with new controls (remote and wall-mounted.) He also answered all my questions leaving me confident in the knowledge that our garage door issue was resolved in entirety. I would highly recommend this company as they are nothing short of courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and friendly.

Rudy was very knowledgeable regarding garage doors and was very pleasant to work with. He and his partner Lars were very nice. Rudy called to say he was on the way. 15 minutes later he was here. He diagnosed the problem as a broken wire and fixed it. Fast and professional. The phone and cable companies could take a lesson from Precision.

Rudy and trainee arrived in a timely manner. They put forth 3 options of repair starting with my intended replacement of only springs being needed. Upon results of inspection, I was shown wear that was not visible. No pressure, clear explanation offered, and I decided to replace rollers and bearings as well as the springs. They handled the work professionally and left decision to me. Appreciated.

I'm a DIY guy and when I got in over my head with installing an over the door spring, Craig was there in about an hour, corrected what I thought was a pretty fix (DIY?)Craig wrapped it up in about a hour. My wife and I still made it out with our three kids for trick or treats. Great guy and 5 star service!

My opener broke on the coldest day of the year and I was desperate to get it fixed. I contacted Precision and they were able to send out Rudy and Lars the same day I called. They were very knowledgeable and gave some advise on how to select the quietest opener. Rudy and Lars were able to replace the opener and install new rollers in about an hour. They programmed my openers and gave a complete walk through of the features. Great service and friendly techs!
