Our garage door stopped working on Sunday morning and we needed a quick repair or else I wasn't sure how I was going to get to work on Monday. Our repairman, Duncan, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out on Sunday afternoon and looked at what needed to be done and gave us a price quote before he did any work. He did a fantastic job and even fixed the second garage door that we had not called about. The fix was quick and easy and very well priced. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and the cost. We definitely highly recommend Precision Door if you need garage door repairs.

Tom was all around great! He called when he was on his way and I received a text message with his info and photo. We had an emergency repair needed, he was able to come earlier than expected. Our garage spring unexpectedly broke and left me with my car stuck inside. I went online to look for help on getting a quote for how much the fix would be as well as the timing for when I would be able to access my car. It was early in the morning so I was very nervous I wouldn't be able to find any information for at least a couple hours let alone be able to get to my car for the rest of the day. I came across the Precision website and was happy to see they were local to my area. I used the Live Chat option to ask my questions and with informative answers, I scheduled an appointment the same day. I was very impressed with the amount of detail in the responses to my questions and the short amount of time it took to schedule an appointment the same day. In addition to this, I received an email confirmation of my appointment, a text message with details on my technician that would be coming and a phone call from the person letting me know when he was going to arrive. While he was at my house, he completed a full review of our garage door and gave me all the details with photos of the issue(s) as well as options as far as the repair. He was very informative and friendly. Most importantly for me, he was able to do all the work as soon as I choose my option. I had my car out by noon! Thank you Jason and Precision Door Service.

I asked for a quote and Rudy came out to my house within a few days, great personality and friendly. I agreed to buy the same day. I was told 2-3 weeks, however after 4 weeks I had to call to see the status, and I was told that it just came in that day. They came out at the 5 week mark and did a great job on the installation, cleaned up all the parts, gave me instructions on the door itself and helped set up the opener on my truck. I would recommend this company for a new garage door

I picked Precision because they had high ratings and I can see why. Tom Hartman is the person that came out and installed a new opener. He was very professional and tested my opener to actually see if I needed a new one. There were some things wrong and I decided to get a new one. He showed different models, what they would cost and let me decide which one to choose. He did not hurry the job, went through everything to make sure it worked properly, explained to me how everything worked. Very nice. K

I had difficulty closing my garage door at 9:30 pm. I had seen a Precision Garage Door truck down the street while I was walking the dog and immediately thought to go down and take a picture of the truck so I could call them the next day. Instead of taking a picture, I was able to talk to Tom and he said he could come down and take a look right away. He came down to my house after 10:00 pm and by 11:00 had our door working perfectly. He also gave me an incredible deal. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received.
