If Adam is indicative of you technicians, you have one of the best companies I have used. He was punctual, emailed and called to let us know when to expect him, which was right on time. Explained what he found and because we trusted him we went with his suggestions. I didn’t feel he was just trying to upsell.

Upon arrival, I explained to the professional service attendant that I was only interested in a garage door opener as I could not afford anything more being a senior citizen on very limited income. He proceeded with his inspection and give me a quote of $900. I again explained to him that is not what I wanted. He said the cheapest garage door opener was $750 and that they could not guarantee the work if I did not do the entire quoted job. I do not understand why he wasted my time and his and charged me $85 to do so. I would not recommend this company. My son-in-law replaced the opener for $150, chamberlain model. He is a mechanic and said there was nothing else needed. It’s been running very smoothly.

First I’ll say that everyone I spoke with to inquire for a garage door spring repair were all very friendly. Adam the technician who came to my home was very friendly and very detailed with giving me the overview of his findings for the repair, which I found helpful. However the price I was quoted was almost twice that of other companies I had spoken with, felt he was trying to upsell me on other items (new ballbearing and rollers) that weren’t really necessary. I decided not to go with this company so can’t truly rate their product/service. They may have superior products, I really can’t say since I didn’t use their service, but their cost was substantially higher than others.

Went above and beyond the call of duty. Arrived early which was nice and got the job done real quick. I was impressed. Also, very pleased with the way the company operates, sending a picture of the service technician so I know who to expect. I reached out to them around 2am in the morning and someone contacted me at 2am in the morning setting up an appointment. Nice to know there are still businesses out here that do business the right way. Yes, I would recommend.

I had to get in my garage before 3:30 to get my bike out. If I missed the time, it would be a month and a half before I could get another appointment. Chad, was an outstanding professional. Above and beyond, he explained the situation, with a couple of options, pros and cons, giving me the opportunity to make an informed decision. He got it done. Wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for and he was worth every penny. Kind, educated, proficient and empathetic. Don't see that very often anymore. Businesses need more of them, few and far between, he's a keeper!
