I would like to share my experience with Precision Door Service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My garage door was stuck open Labor Day weekend beginning late Saturday afternoon. I checked in with 2 other garage door companies that stated in their add that they provided emergency service. Both companies I talked to were very put out that I would call on a holiday weekend. Does one plan to have their garage door break? I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with one of the two companies as I had worked with them in the past (side note: will never again now that I have found Precision Door Service). The soonest they could come out was Tuesday after the holiday. My garage would be wide open for 3 days. On Sunday I decided to continue to look for someone that might help me. I saw Precision Door Service's website indicating they were open on Sunday. I called at 8am - they had a service tech out by 11am - on Sunday! Not only was my door fixed to the point of enabling it to shut but the tech also took the time to change out the worn rollers (rollers were needed because they were worn out but not needed to get the door shut). Duncan was the tech that came out on Sunday. Duncan was great to work with, knew what he was doing and was easy to understand. His customer service skills - excellent! I was also impressed by all the electronic communications received from Precision Door - texts and emails to communicate appointment time window, arrival time, copies of the estimates and invoice. Duncan also called to let me know when he was within 15 minutes of arrival. I really felt and continue to feel like a valued customer not an inconvenience. This is the third emergency call that I have had on my garage door. The cables wrap around the "roll bar" and then off the pulleys. Duncan was the first tech to actually figure out why this is happening. It seems to happen about every 2 years since I moved in. The door as I had suspected was originally put in wrong. When I'm ready to have a new door and tracks put in there is no doubt that Precision Door Service will be my first call. Thank you Duncan and everyone at Precision Door Service. You guys rock!

The service was 5 star A+++ from the very beginning. I have a home service contract and this was the company they chose for my garage door repairs. I had just finished my internet request with my service contractor and Precision was calling already to schedule the work at my convenience. Confirmations were sent to me both via email and text message. My technician Rudy called me on the day of service to see if he might come a little earlier. That worked out great for me. Prior to his arrival he sent a message with his picture and short bio about him. I loved that as it identified him and gave me a talking point or two for when he came. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Rudy was SO polite, very friendly and SO knowledgable. He explained exactly what he was going to do, the various possible outcomes and costs to me. Rudy performed the service efficiently and effectively. He emailed the detailed bill and documents with options for additional repairs in the future plus a detailed list of the condition of all the parts. From beginning to end, the experience was perfect. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Service.

Just wow.. my garage door was completely broken. I called in the A.M. and Precision was able to come out to my place that same day at 5pm, and got the door up and running less than an hour.. If we select Precision to replace our garage doors, we will issue another review for the installation, workmanship and quality of the product and price. We are pleased with the estimating process. I’m going to be honest with you guys. Price wise you guys were about $125.00 higher than Twin City garage doors, but I decided to deal with you guys because of one simple reason........Customer Service. The sales guys at the other place was an ass! He was rude and made us feel like we were interrupting his day. Right off the back the telephone conversation I had with your customer representative was very nice. To top it off we got immediate service. Then the cherry to the entire experience was Rudy Vallejos. He installed our equipment and he was so nice, but also the bearer of bad news. Our garage door needed replacing. The cost....Another $900.00. Again, and just being honest, I could have had a garage door at a cheaper price, but after talking to Rudy I knew having him do it and buying from Precision was once again the smart decision. After he explained to me about the warranty and that he would be installing it himself I was sold. End result was I spent more money than I was hoping, then again when don’t you spend more money than you want when these things happen unexpectedly, but the experience was great and I have peace of mind that I purchased great quality equipment with people, especially Rudy, who appears that they enjoy their job and offer great customer care and great knowledge about the product.

Our garage door spring broke, trapping both of our vehicles in the garage. Since it was Sunday, I had no idea how long it would take. I found Precision website, and the chat function popped up. A service technician was available, and we had a repair in about 3 hours! So we were thrilled. The technician was very professional and careful. Email confirmation of the appointment was appreciated. I really just wish all companies had service like this.

Not very happy with garage door as far as you people standing behind your doors only had garage door for two mo. And door failed structurly and your company does not seem to be interested to standing behind the door

Our garage door stopped working on Sunday morning and we needed a quick repair or else I wasn't sure how I was going to get to work on Monday. Our repairman, Duncan, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out on Sunday afternoon and looked at what needed to be done and gave us a price quote before he did any work. He did a fantastic job and even fixed the second garage door that we had not called about. The fix was quick and easy and very well priced. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and the cost. We definitely highly recommend Precision Door if you need garage door repairs.

Precision's service was amazing! First, they set up an appointment for the very next day. My technician Rudy was right on time, professional, and fixed my opener (instead of trying to sell me a new, more expensive one) in a matter of minutes! Couldn't be happier ????
