I would highly recommend Precision. They can give you an estimate on the phone. They fix garage doors and don't try to sell you a new door. Phone people and repairman very friendly and knowledgeable. Also they are affordable. My old garage door runs like a new one again. They also guarantee their job for three years.

The technician did what appeared to be an excellent job of replacing a broken tension spring. However in the last couple days of using the door (the repair occurred less than a week ago) the door has gone askew on its track and now will not close all the way, leaving a small gap.

Great service, Worked a chat (best experience I've had with those) with Ashley, on a Sunday morning and before noon, the technician, Troy was at our place. He clearly explained what was happening and offered solutions for our 15 year old door. 90 minutes later it was all set to go. He didn't have one part (surge protector) so indicated he would be back out the next day to install and, like clockwork he was. Highly recommend this company.

Devon was very personable and professional. However a $381invoice for 30-45 minutes of work does not add up in my opinion. I feel like I was charged for weekend work when the website states otherwise.

My spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision to see if they could help. Amanda was very courteous and made sure she had all the right information and said she could have someone out that afternoon. Josh called to see if it was ok if he could come a little early. When he got here he look over my door and gave me quote and only sold me what I needed, he was not pushing to sell the whole package. He got started with the work, he was courteous, respectful and kind, he went above the call of duty, he did a great job; he fixed the spring and worked until he got the door quite and running smooth. It has never worked better. Thanks Josh Precision will be my go to for my garage door.

I was extremely pleased at how quickly they were able to get a technician out to my home to assess repairs (less than 1 hour). Eli was very helpful explaining different options for necessary repairs to the track as well as replacement options for my very old garage door. In the end, we went with a new insulated garage door with a belt drive opener. Eli did the necessary repairs to the damaged track(for free!) to get our door functional before the new one was installed just a few days later. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone seeking repairs/replacement of their garage door.
