The Precision Garage Door guys arrived on time and fixed my door (replaced the springs) in short order. They also did an overall inspection and reported that my door was in good shape so no additional pieces were needed. I got a 3-year warranty. By all measures, a good experience.

Excellent service! My request for a technitian to service my door was answered promptly. I appreciated receiving an email with the technitian's picture telling me that he was on his way. Jason arrived as scheduled and determined the issue very quickly. He was courteous and helpful when explaining my options. My new motor was installed within the hour. My garage door wasn't closing properly. I called and talked to a real person and made an appointment for sometime between 8-10 am. The guys were there at 8, fixed the problem, did some preventative maintenance and even programmed my second remote, all within about 20 minutes! Even tho my garage door opener is 24 years old, they didn't try and sell me a new one, and the maintenance should give me a few more years on the current one. The guys were super nice and professional. Great service. Already recommended you to a neighbor!

The spring on my garage door broke Sunday. The first place I called said they would have to come look Monday morning, explained a spring shortage, many people ahead of me…. I called Precision next. Jessica told me a technician could be to my house Tuesday morning between 8 and 10 and would be prepared to replace my springs and cables then. Mike Greek called me shortly after 8, said he was on his way. He explained my options (the door had dropped and had some damage), gave me the prices, and got busy! An hour later I was good to go. Mike was great, I will not hesitate to call when I decide to replace my door.

Yes to all questions above,What a quick and smooth operation to get my broken spring replaced, installer Alex checked things out and gave me the what’s what about everything very quickly, talked with me about everything on the repair/replace list, gave me the quote to which I agreed and went to work right away, he told me how long it would take and was right on, very professional and most important to me they were not only on time but called me to check if we could do a little earlier then the 2-4 window, this is my first time dealing with a garage door repair and if I have to again I know who to call thanks much I appreciate you.

Our garage door would not operate due to a broken spring, not a good deal, so I went on the internet and Precision had a lot of good ratings and comments. Its was later in the day so when I called, we were able to get an appointment at 8:00 the next day! Alex showed up and we had him replace both springs and he was done in a short amount of time. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and courteous. Definitely use again.
