I gave this review a four star, the fault of this entire experience was paying 50% more of the retailed price for a new garage remote. Other than that my issue did not need any repair just a new remote. Overall, I am pleased with their service however would advise with a word of cation to do some research on pricing.

When my garage door opener broke, I went on Google because I have no idea who to call. Precision door service was the 1st option I could see. There was alot of info on their webpage, but also chat with a live agent, they were kind, professional, I had an appointment within a couple of minutes. When my Tech Devon arrived, he was polite, confident, professional, he was in one word "perfect" . He explained my new system, and it was installed in about an hour, he cleaned up before he left. Precision Door Service is so lucky to have Devon, It's never easy when life throws you a curve ball, and i get it, it's just a garage door. This company was perfect from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone that asks !

The Precision Garage Door guys arrived on time and fixed my door (replaced the springs) in short order. They also did an overall inspection and reported that my door was in good shape so no additional pieces were needed. I got a 3-year warranty. By all measures, a good experience.

Excellent service! My request for a technitian to service my door was answered promptly. I appreciated receiving an email with the technitian's picture telling me that he was on his way. Jason arrived as scheduled and determined the issue very quickly. He was courteous and helpful when explaining my options. My new motor was installed within the hour. My garage door wasn't closing properly. I called and talked to a real person and made an appointment for sometime between 8-10 am. The guys were there at 8, fixed the problem, did some preventative maintenance and even programmed my second remote, all within about 20 minutes! Even tho my garage door opener is 24 years old, they didn't try and sell me a new one, and the maintenance should give me a few more years on the current one. The guys were super nice and professional. Great service. Already recommended you to a neighbor!

The spring on my garage door broke Sunday. The first place I called said they would have to come look Monday morning, explained a spring shortage, many people ahead of me…. I called Precision next. Jessica told me a technician could be to my house Tuesday morning between 8 and 10 and would be prepared to replace my springs and cables then. Mike Greek called me shortly after 8, said he was on his way. He explained my options (the door had dropped and had some damage), gave me the prices, and got busy! An hour later I was good to go. Mike was great, I will not hesitate to call when I decide to replace my door.
