Precision took my call and got a technician out to our home in about two hours. The technician Devon was great! He gave us a detailed breakdown of what was wrong and finished the job in less than an hour. Devon really saved our day and saved us a ton of money by fixing our current door and avoiding an unnecessary purchase of a new door. I would recommend Precision and Devon to any friend of mine.

Troy was great! I called at 850 am and Troy was at my house by 10am. He was very thoughtful and showed us what needed to be fixed without trying to upsell a bunch of repairs. He gave a quote with the price and it didn't change! He made sure to practice social distancing. I will be using this company with any future needs that we might have!!

Chris was our tech, he arrived on time and did an excellent job. He explained what he was going to do and found 2 frayed cables that had to be replaced. He cleaned, greased, and added new rollers and the door is much quieter and works better than ever. I had a gap on the bottom of the door and he solved that also. I will definitely use Precision Door Service again.

Punctual, friendly and professional. I requested services to reseal my garage doors, but the assessment revealed a need for additional work. I was given an explanation of the extra work and the consequences for either doing or not doing it. No pressure. I had all of the work completed and my garage doors are now more silent, and the resealing keeps out critters and leaves. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and would use it again.

Precision was the first site that came up when I search for garage repairs for a broken spring. The reviews were positive so I called at around 1pm. Wow! Precision Door Service just exceeded my expectations today! Everything from the first contact to good-bye was courteous, professional and top notch. Troy, the technician, communicated his arrival time, arrived on time, explained all that the service I needed entailed (without trying to sell me something I didn't need) and completed the job quickly and efficiently making sure that I didn't have any unanswered questions. Combine with reasonable pricing and a AAA discount, what more can a consumer ask for? There's good reason for their A+ rating with the BBB. I could not be more satisfied.
