My garage door didn’t open last night so I googled repair and precision came up. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for next day. Josh was early and explained that I didn’t need a new opener which is what I feared just a motor. It turns out it was cracked not worn out which is odd. Anyway, Josh was wonderful give him a raise! Everyone I talked to was great.

The Representatives from Precision Garage Door contacted me with a few hours to review my situation, Broken Spring, after a few calls a time was locked in and I was presented with a great discount. The on-site Representative call ahead and once on site reviewed my situation and presented me with some options, once agreed the job was completed within 45 minutes. Prior to departing a detailed maintenance list was reviewed and the door runs perfect. I will be sure to recommend to my friends and family

My garage door opener was broken last night. I called the Precision Garage Door Twin Cities this morning and got response to be able to send a technician coming to my home to check it to give me an estimate. A technician, Alex, came to my home about one hour earlier than the original promised time. He did a very quick and thorough check and identified several problems- broken spring, bearing, and the opener. An estimate was given to me. I asked him to go ahead to fix those problems. He finished the work in less than two hours. I am very satisfied with the fast speed to get my garage door worked again. Thanks to the Precision Garage Door Twin Cities. I certainly will ask it for possible future garage door problems.

My garage door was installed today after several months of waiting for the order to come in (at no fault of Precision) and I love it! Donovan and Alex did a great job and were very friendly; they walked me through how to use it and did a nice job ensuring the rubber gaskets were working without gaps. As an aside, the sales guy who sold me the door had such great things to say about his boss, his compensation and more that he sold me on using a company that takes good care of their employees.

The service Technician Mike was extremely competent, professional and friendly. My garage door has had a gap in it for years and another company tried but couldn't fix it. Precision came out within 2 hours of my call, closed the gap and did some proactive maintenance. The door works great now. I would highly recommend them.

Donny did an awesome job installing by new garage door and opener. He was polite, explained what he was doing. When install was complete he made sure everything was spotless from install. Great installer and excellent company to deal with. The day prior Jason the filed technician was able to fix my old door until new door installed. He did a fantastic job as well and explained everything that needed to be done.

Great service by office and service representative Josh. I called office number early morning, that was listed on web site, and my call was answered and service scheduled for 10:00 same day.
