Precision Garage folks are life savers. Our tech Chuck stepped up to a difficult task of helping us fix our opener after a different company had claimed our garage issues were due to a faulty spring without conducting a complete inspection. $800 later on springs, rollers and cables: our garage was still not closing properly. It was clear we needed to get someone else to help us. Chuck came in, assessed the situation so accurately and created a thorough report giving my fiancé and I options. Not even an hour later, we had a new garage opener with a lifetime warranty and it closed better than previously! He even replaced the rollers that were rusted (we were told these were new…) and fixed our spring (which turned out to not be the correct size so it needed adjustments). He did these adjustments for free. Go with Precision. You will not regret it.

Did some adjusting, installed new bottom seal and ordered the remaining parts for the installers to put in. Very personable and we had a great time talking about lots of different things. Broke cable on one side of garage door, skewed and wedged in its track. 24hrs after calling on a Sunday, service tech Brandon arrived and got right to work on this ugly situation and 2.5 hours later, back to working order! No high pressure, no up- selling,, just a great, affordable service call, under $300 ! Brandon deserves a raise!

Justin's team arrived and their dismantling of our old doors and putting up the new went like clockwork. He consulted on a couple of cosmetic preferences with trim , when he could have just made the decision himself. Both guys were super friendly. The doors are high quality and look beautiful. We got bids from two other companies, and their bid was the lowest, yet we felt their quality and design choices were the best.

My garage door opener got damaged and needed repair. The bad news is it was unfixable. The good news is the technician, Alex, had the perfect opener in his truck, didn’t try to oversell me, removed the old one, installed the new one, complete with keypad, and did it all in under and hour. I am very happy with the entire process, from learning about Precision from a valpak coupon, to booking online, to the tech actually arriving early, to cleaning up after the job was done. I would definitely recommend!!
