We had a major garage door mishap on Thursday 08/27/20 around 5:15pm. I had to leave for a while but used your chat service around 8pm. You had an appt for me for 8am the next morning. Your tech, Erik Jergenson, text me and called me and was at my house at 8am. He surveyed what had happened, put a plan in place while explaining everything that needed to be done. He got to work and was finished before 11am. Great job and clean. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair, service or replacement.

Prompt, safe, efficient and friendly are words I would use to describe our experience. I appreciated getting a notice (with picture) of the tech who would be performing the install.
