The first technician that came out was great. He answered all my questions and told me what he recommended to help fix my garage. He was super friendly and helpful. But going forward after he left and had parts ordered I didn’t hear from anyone for almost a week. I called the office several times, sometimes twice a day (once in the morning and again before they’d close since I still hadn’t heard back from anyone) with no one ever getting back to me from the “main office.” Every person who answered the call took my information down and said someone would call back from the main office and I didn’t hear a thing from anyone. I finally decided to call the technician who originally came out to see if he could help me and he answered his phone right away and was shocked that no one had called me to schedule a date to fix my garage yet and that no one had called me back after leaving several messages. He apologized and said “this isn’t how we do things. I’ll call my GM now and get someone to call you back asap.” I did finally get a call but with no apologies or anything just “your parts are in, let’s get something scheduled.” That whole process was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable in regards to customer service. I was highly disappointed since we spent a lot of money getting our garage fixed to not even get a call back after the first message I left. I would NOT use this company again for my garage needs.

I have used this company twice. Once for lift replacement and once for spring replacement. They gave me accurate timing, pricing and quick work. We were out of a garage for less than 24 hours thanks to them. Their vans had everything needed to do any repair on the spot. Less than 1.5 hours for each repair. Call em!!

They got Chad to my home quick, he was honest, polite and thorough during the inspection. He gave me advice on what to watch out for ongoing and tips to avoid the problems from getting worse. The project I hoped for isn’t feasible due to several circumstances. I respected him telling me the truth rather than charging a couple thousand dollars and it failing/wrecking my weird garage entirely within a couple weeks!

Precision Garage Door (PGD) of Maple Grove did an excellent job of repairing our garage door recently. At 4:30am, I awoke to the loud bang of our torsion bar assembly breaking and falling to the garage floor. Our vehicles were trapped inside, and I was unable to lift the 400 pound door myself. I call PGD and they sent Alex out right away to help. Alex quickly reassembled the torsion bar assembly, and explained to me why it failed. Another Twin City garage door business incorrectly installed my door previously...causing the failure. Alex was extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend PGD for all your garage door service needs!
