The service was very prompt and professional. The technicians knew their stuff and finished the job quickly. The only objection was that the job was extremely expensive. $930 and it took them 45 minutes to complete. I do understand that there is a cost for quick good work and with a shortage of parts at this time it is necessary to pay up.

Our garage door opener died on us and I called Precision on a Friday afternoon. Their installer Mike was here at noon that Sunday, right on time. Super Bowl Sunday no less. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. He shared the options, upgrades, and accessories, but at no point did I feel pressured to buy. Mike was done within an hour and we have a much quieter, more efficient garage door opener. A very happy customer in Corcoran. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Garage door spring broke on one of the coldest nights of the year. I called Precision Garage Door at 7:15 the next morning, the technician was here less than an our later and he did the repair immediately. Wonderful service, would highly recommend.

If you ever need ur garage door fixed do not use this company. They will overcharge you. Technicians are fabulous. Company rips people off. They wave the $75 service fee if you use them but charge a minimum of $215. I had my cables replaced on my garage door. They charged me $83 for the cables when you can buy a pair @loweshomeimprovement @homedepot @menardshomeimprovement for like $8.99 @precisiondoorusa bad company and worse manager customer service. #badbuisness

The person that repaired our garage door was great. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. When it came to price. He was there less than 30 minutes. They have a flat fee of $210. Then supplies. It was a bit expensive. To quote another garage door repair person I talked to, sadly after the fact. “You got Screwed!”

Jason was great - he came out promptly, explained everything I needed to know and more. The check of our garage door health was really helpful and he was very friendly and answered all my questions. Awesome Service! I called to get my garage door fixed at 3:44pm, they put me in for an appointment at 4 pm and Jason called at 3:53pm saying he was on his way! Now that is prompt. Jason inspected the door, told me what was wrong and got it all done in about an hour to hour and half. He even was fine with my Cheweenie barking everytime he made the slightest noise. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs their garage door fixed!!
