The tech that came out was extremely professional, very friendly, and put me completely at ease. He came out in below zero weather, never complained, and was clearly thankful to have a job! He made great recommendations and was honest about what needed to be done now versus what could wait until warmer weather. He repaired my emergency and I couldn't have asked for better!!

Nothing like having your torsion spring snap on one of the coldest nights in January. Called and was able to get an appointment the next day. Were on time and the repairman was not pushy trying to make me buy something that I would not want. Great company, I will definately use then again in the future. Highly recommend them!!

*Updated* Received call back from their service team and they offered the pricing, which is competitive. This was too late for me but the added effort in responding raises my overall star rating. *Called because of good reviews and wanted to compare pricing against competitor who was gauging prices (hundreds over national average). The phone forwarding service was clunky and the person I eventually spoke with did not listen to my questions and simply kept on going with her script. They will not come out without $60 down (plus the cost of sitting around for hours waiting) and will not give any estimate to their pricing over the phone (probably speaking with 3rd party who does not have that info). I will give my business to someone willing to compete or has more answers upfront.

I chose the long term one; they immediately got to work on a terribly cold day, and when they were finished, I had a fully functional door opener and a quiet garage door. I made the appointment in the morning and they were out in the afternoon at the time they said they would be at my home. They did an assessment of my garage door situation and made several recommendations from the basic fix to a fix that would prevent future issues. They showed me the areas of concern and once I made my decision on what level of service I wanted they got to work and fixed the door within an hour. The door never sounded quieter and worked as well as it does now. They were very polite and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to everyone.

I was very pleased with the service I received. My garage door opener broke when I was trying to leave to do errands on a Saturday morning. I called Precision, and a repairman was at my house about an hour later. He checked out the situation, and recommended a new garage door opener. I knew that the opener was twenty years old, and needed to be replaced. He did the work, cleaned up the site, and was finished in less than three hours. I am very pleased with the new garage door opener, and would highly recommend their product and their work.
