Garage Door broke last night around 9pm. Called Precision today at 8am. Door fixed by 1:30pm. Pretty darn good turn around time! The tech that came to my house was quick, thorough, and very courteous. Tai Hoang give me a few options to chose from to fix the issue, with no up sale pressure. He was clear on the the issue, and was done fixing it in less then an hour. I give him and Precision 5 stars. If anything happens to the door again I will be calling them back!

Our service technician Tai did a wonderful job! He was on time, was very knowledgable and thorough. He was also very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure the job was complete. He helped us get two garage door openers working. He helped program the remote control into our new vehicle. He even replaced a burned out light bulb in the garage!! I strongly recommend him and his company.

Jason was on-time, polite and professional. He worked quickly. He explained all the options to me. I went with the quick fix, cheapest option, and it solved the problem! We'll have to eventually replace our garage door, but I feel very comfortable calling Precision to do that work.

Great experience! AJ was fantastic, and Kristi (the owner) personally emailed and called us to ensure an installation date that worked for us. We had a great experience with Precision from the moment we started to look into the company on Angie's List, through completion of the job. We were able to get a same day appointment, and we was kept informed of the process along the way. My Sales Technician was AJ. He was friendly & professional and made me immediately feel at ease. He explained everything thoroughly, kept me updated throughout the process and completed the work in a timely fashion. We truly enjoyed working with him. Thank you AJ and Precision for making this inconvenient & unsafe problem with our garage door just a small bump in the road. Peter & Paula Wildenberg

Our garage door suddenly stopped working on a Sunday. I called Precision and they came out that same day, recommended either a new spring which he could do right then but after chatting we felt a new garage door was the best option. He fixed the spring to carry us through until the new garage door was installed. They got it installed much quicker than estimated and I didn't even have to do a thing! Affordable too! Great experience.

The technition A.J. was very knowledgeable quickly assesed the problem and repaired it accordingly with a new key pad. He was on time in fact called earlier because he had some available time to complete the job earlier. He conducted a psot inspection of the work and tested the system several times to ensure it's proper working order. A.J. was very friendly and provided great customer service. I would highly recomend Precision door.
