Devon was very personable and professional. However a $381invoice for 30-45 minutes of work does not add up in my opinion. I feel like I was charged for weekend work when the website states otherwise.
Tristam, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We appreciated you returning Tom's call after we reached out to talk through your concerns. We take our customer reviews very serious. We wanted to make sure you understood that we do not charge extra for weekend work and you were charged the same as if you called in during and weekday. We are happy that you found resolution with Tom and thank you for kind words regarding Devon's professionalism.

Troy was very professional from the time he arrived. He showed me step by step on all the issues that could be causing my door to fail. He found the problem and fixed it and showed me exactly what was causing the issue. He also game me a quote on some preventive maintenance that will cause further issues in the future. I would recommend this company.

My spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision to see if they could help. Amanda was very courteous and made sure she had all the right information and said she could have someone out that afternoon. Josh called to see if it was ok if he could come a little early. When he got here he look over my door and gave me quote and only sold me what I needed, he was not pushing to sell the whole package. He got started with the work, he was courteous, respectful and kind, he went above the call of duty, he did a great job; he fixed the spring and worked until he got the door quite and running smooth. It has never worked better. Thanks Josh Precision will be my go to for my garage door.
