Quick, easy and efficient. Troy the technician was friendly and thorough. The service was good and the door is operating great. I called about 7:00 AM and the two torsion springs and cables for my doors were installed and the doors checked and oiled by 9:45. I would sure hire Precision again.

The technician did what appeared to be an excellent job of replacing a broken tension spring. However in the last couple days of using the door (the repair occurred less than a week ago) the door has gone askew on its track and now will not close all the way, leaving a small gap.

Jason, one of the techs, came out the same day I called. Within 15 minutes he had a detailed report going over everything that needed to be repaired/replaced (my door had crashed after one of the wire spools had rusted and given way). He was very friendly and very professional. Once I gave the go ahead he was done with everything that needed to be done in about 90 minutes, which seemed very fast to me! He did a great job and showed me everything he did. All in all, from the time I placed my initial call, it was less than 5 hours and I was back to fully up and running! Pricing was very reasonable and I can't recommend Precision enough!

Great service, Worked a chat (best experience I've had with those) with Ashley, on a Sunday morning and before noon, the technician, Troy was at our place. He clearly explained what was happening and offered solutions for our 15 year old door. 90 minutes later it was all set to go. He didn't have one part (surge protector) so indicated he would be back out the next day to install and, like clockwork he was. Highly recommend this company.

After looking at my opener he discussed the options with me and I decided the best option was to have it replaced due to it’s age. I couldn’t have been happier with the end result and I owe that all to Josh. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Precision. I called this AM for repair of a broken spring and a technician was at my door for the repair by 11:30 this morning. Chris Sleeper, the technician was courteous, pleasant to work with, thorough and willingly addressed all questions I had regarding the single broken spring and the door’s unpleasantly noisy operation. Although I had hoped for a less expensive single spring replacement, I was not surprised to learn my concerns and questions about my current door’s operation were valid. In the end I opted for a more extensive repair. I now have a door that operates very smoothly and is much quieter! I am very pleased with the quality of the repair and the service!

Troy was great. We called on a Sunday at 9:30 and he was at our house an hour later, clearly explained what was going on with our door and in 90 minutes had the new opener installed along with other improvements that now make our door operate so much cleaner, in fact it's so quiet it's hard to tell at first that the door is moving. Highly recommend Troy and Precision.

This morning our garage door decided not to open, it was before 6:00 am. I called Precision Door Service and had an appointment scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00 am. Josh was here promptly by 8:30, and had our garage door fixed and working in no time. I've used Precision Door Service 3 times now, and I will never go anywhere else. Their service is impeccable and the technicians are wonderful to work with, explaining every little detail. I can't recommend this company enough, they are the best!
