It was a good and positive experience dealing with your company. Chris, the young technician was very courteous and professional. I v get felt that he was trying to pressure me into any service that I did not want. He laid out the problem and presented a good solution. Chris was our tech, he arrived on time and did an excellent job. He explained what he was going to do and found 2 frayed cables that had to be replaced. He cleaned, greased, and added new rollers and the door is much quieter and works better than ever. I had a gap on the bottom of the door and he solved that also. I will definitely use Precision Door Service again.

He thoroughly explained the different amenities that came with the opener, and also walked me through the best way to maintain my doors. They answered the phone promptly (at 8:15 sunday morning, had an excellent phone connection, figured out what I needed, scheduled a technician , ans sent a confirming email - all in3 minutes. The tech called ahead with an ETA, arrived near the beginning of the promised window, pointed out a couple of things I had not noticed, and completed the work in a timely fashion. Everybody I've dealt with from you company has been great. The cost of $60.00 for five to ten minutes work is a bit excessive, thou I received $10.00 of for him spraying hinges.

Just had my garage sensors repaired by Chris from Precision. I was super impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Also, this company is solid with arranging the service date/time and communicating updates for when their employees will arrive for the repair.
