The guys did a great job. Got here on time, friendly and joking around but were professional and good at the job. Door looks sharp. They even saw my wife's magnetic decorative hardware I had pulled off the old door before they arrived and put it on the new door. Great service.

Our garage door was down and could not be opened even manually. Precision techs Ryan (trainer) and Rashawn (trainee) determined it was a broken plastic spool attached to the cable pulley. Ryan stated this was and older homeowner installed type of system and they did not carry parts for it and were not authorized to work on it because of it's age. He explained how we could fix it and get it operational ourselves. They then disconnected the cable system to allow the door to be opened manually (so we could at least get our cars out). Being they could not repair it he Ryan said there would be No Charge! (even though there was supposed to be a $65 service/inspection fee). As they were about to leave, we decided to have them install the newer type of torsion/spring/cable lift system. They did so in about an hour and did a meticulous job of installation and instructions of use. There was absolutely NO attempt to "upsell" any service (in fact we had to ask as they were about to drive off). We will definitley use Precision Garage Door in the future and they would be our first recommendation to anyone. Ryan and Rashawn did a great job of representing their company.

Precision installed a beautiful new garage door for us. Chris was very informative and knowledgeable as he explained the advantage of purchasing from Precision. We only had to wait a couple of days to get our new door installed. That kind of lead time is unheard of these days! Our installers, Jake and Donovan, worked quickly and professionally as they removed the old door and installed the new one. The office staff were helpful, friendly, and professional as they handled our project.

The technician (Chris) was on time, knowledgeable, and got the work done quickly. It's DIY work that I've done in the past, but I just didn't have the time, this time around, because other things were falling apart, and it was sweet to call up and have this taken care of in no time, and a good price.

Second I expected to get an appointment a few days down the road but they were out within hours and Third they were very responsible . It went well. My problem required no parts to fix just labor and knowledge. The young man was personable and with some advice over the phone he was able to re-program the unit and it started to work as it should. I did not know these units could be so touchy in terms of keeping everything oiled etc. When people ask about garage doors I say talk to Precision because they don't just install, they back up their work when needed. The technician did what appeared to be an excellent job of replacing a broken tension spring. However in the last couple days of using the door (the repair occurred less than a week ago) the door has gone askew on its track and now will not close all the way, leaving a small gap.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Precision. I called this AM for repair of a broken spring and a technician was at my door for the repair by 11:30 this morning. Chris Sleeper, the technician was courteous, pleasant to work with, thorough and willingly addressed all questions I had regarding the single broken spring and the door’s unpleasantly noisy operation. Although I had hoped for a less expensive single spring replacement, I was not surprised to learn my concerns and questions about my current door’s operation were valid. In the end I opted for a more extensive repair. I now have a door that operates very smoothly and is much quieter! I am very pleased with the quality of the repair and the service!

Chris, my technician came to my house to figure out why my garage system wasn't working. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the situation and had a quote ready to go. When I needed about 10 minutes because I was on a call, he gladly sat in his truck waiting for me to finish my call. When done, Chris took time to answer all my questions, show me different Liftmaster systems they carried, discuss the pros and cons of each and gave me time to determine the which I wanted. Once I made my decision, he worked efficiently and effectively and respectfully. Being a small business owner myself, I appreciate when I can find employees that are like Chris. You can tell he enjoys working at Precision and considers them a great employer. This is my second time through the years that I've had Precision Door service my garage door and system. I will continue to use Precision for my future garage door needs. Their technicians are great and their work is top notch.
