Be careful, they came quickly to replace a spring on my garage door which was great. The one spring was about $350 dollars installed and the serviceperson was quick and competent and friendly. HOWEVER, serviceperson tried to upsell me to a total bill of over $1300 for additional services. Perhaps, one could justify replacing the second spring but even so....an additional list of services required for another $600-700. This garage door is not ancient, its 7 years old. One of the listed charges was for oil and tune up...really? So you would charge me $700 to replace two springs but not oil up the system while you were there. Nickel and dime shop. Taking advantage of those who don't know better.

I am so impressed with this company and the technician. I tried to pull out of my garage before the door had completely opened, I backed right into the bottom of it and it was a disaster. This happened at 3pm by 5:45pm Brian showed up, two hours later my garage door looked like nothing had happened. This is a door with a intricate wood exterior, no small task! The Technician Brian Bergstrom was so wonderful to work with. He was obviously very skilled and knowledgable, very professional and entertaining to talk to. He also did his best to fix and use as many of the damaged parts as he could to save me as much money as he could. I highly highly recommend this company!

We had problems with our garage door shutting properly. I scheduled an appointment, online, and 3 hours later Chad showed up from Precision Doors. He was amazing!! He checked the door out, found all the problems, explained our options, then went to work. We had quite a few issues, but Chad fixed all the problems in just over an hour. All the work is guaranteed for life, and we have a working garage door that’s now quiet as a mouse! Thanks again Chad!! You deserve a raise!!

For no known reason our garage door opened while we were out of town. Once we got home, I called Precision Garage Door, on a Saturday morning and our service person, Chuck, was at our house in about 90 minutes. Chuck was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining all the problems he found with the garage door. One of the issues he found was pretty serious, and if left alone could have resulted in someone getting hurt. Chuck fixed all the problems, explained everything and even programmed the openers for us. We will always use this company for future garage door maintenance and service. Highly recommend them.

I can now say that their after-sale service is also top-notch. (Came to fix a window that broke due to an over-zealous bird. They managed a perfect replacement.)
