Rudy and trainee arrived in a timely manner. They put forth 3 options of repair starting with my intended replacement of only springs being needed. Upon results of inspection, I was shown wear that was not visible. No pressure, clear explanation offered, and I decided to replace rollers and bearings as well as the springs. They handled the work professionally and left decision to me. Appreciated.

I'm a DIY guy and when I got in over my head with installing an over the door spring, Craig was there in about an hour, corrected what I thought was a pretty fix (DIY?)Craig wrapped it up in about a hour. My wife and I still made it out with our three kids for trick or treats. Great guy and 5 star service!

The Technician was friendly, professional and knowledgable! He looked at the broken "opener bracket", inspected the other components to our system and gave me an estimate for the work. I felt the price was competitive so we not only had the bracket replaced but we had the wheels replaced and the system lubricated. I appreciate being able to reach a real person on a phone call on Sunday evening about a problem and then having your company show up to solve my problem by 10 a.m. Monday morning - Great Job! Lastly, to make sure credit goes to where credit should, Rudy Vallejos was the Technician for the job
