I had a garage door opener that had stopped working. I put new batteries in, but still it didn't work. Called Precision Door and set up appointment for next day. Lars was the technician. He called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived well within the 2 hr window. Lars took the remote and was able to analyze the problem and reprogram the remote in a matter of minutes. Very professional.

Lars was here today and replaced the worn out gears in my garage door opener. He also applied some lubricant to the rollers and hinges on the garage door, and suggested that I consider replacing the rollers and a couple of other support parts fairly soon. I appreciated that there was no pressure with the recommendation, just a suggestion that I consider this in the near future. Lars was very friendly, efficient and helpful, and my garage door opener is again working great! If my door or opener need service again, I would not hesitate to contact Precision Door and request Lars!

I was given an appointment right away and they were there within 2 hrs. And the service man was just very nice and took care of the problem. He never ask me to do more than I needed done, however he suggested things that I could do and he serviced the garage door and it now works better than it ever has.

I was provided an email confirmation of my appointment and a picture of the person who was coming for the appointment and this made me comfortable. My opener broke on the coldest day of the year and I was desperate to get it fixed. I contacted Precision and they were able to send out Rudy and Lars the same day I called. They were very knowledgeable and gave some advise on how to select the quietest opener. Rudy and Lars were able to replace the opener and install new rollers in about an hour. They programmed my openers and gave a complete walk through of the features. Great service and friendly techs!

The entire experience with Precision Door - from placing the initial request for service down to the installation review with AJ - was nothing but efficient, courteous and professional. Of particular note was the knowledgeable and friendly installation technician - AJ. He arrived exactly on time and after a quick introduction and review of what service was to be performed got to work straight away. After a very short time he was finished and gave me a demonstration of the new hardware installed - in our case a garage door opener with new controls (remote and wall-mounted.) He also answered all my questions leaving me confident in the knowledge that our garage door issue was resolved in entirety. I would highly recommend this company as they are nothing short of courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and friendly.
