Mitch was knowledgeable, courteous and worked efficiently. He reviewed the door workings and recommended replacing parts in addition to the old springs. He gave me 3 quotes, 2 of which I accepted. I thought the quotes were a bit high, but I accepted them. The door works well and more quietly.

Called Precision Door as our garage door would not close unless you held the remote until the door shut when the sun was hitting the door. Called the Co. that put the door in last year (Warranty) and he adjusted the rail. Never fixed it. Tom came out and knew EXACTLY what the problem was and fixed it right!!!! Thanks......Dave L.

Rudy was the technician who came out to my house and help me with my garage door. He also had another man with him but I did not catch his name.....sorry! They called and were able to come early for my appointment, which was appreciated. Both technicians were excellent and explained to me, in detail, what they needed to do to get my garage door back up and running. They also explained what the cost would be to get my issues corrected to make sure I was OK with it before they started. They also helped me replace my keypad and program my openers. Rudy also explained some work that I may want to have done in the future before the springs get too bad. No pressure to have it done immediately, but great info to have when I do need to call back for another service call. I highly recommend Precision and Rudy as they are top notch!
