My technician was Erik Jergenson, and he was amazing! Precision Door sent him over right away to fix my door, and my opener needed to be replaced, he said it would take 40 minutes and he had it up and running in less time and it works great! He was extremely professional and also understanding of my need for social distancing due to my fears of the coronavirus.

I called on a Saturday morning with a garage door opener in need of replacement thinking it would be scheduled for the following week, M-F. To my surprise they had a local tech, Eric, who could do the service later that same day. Eric arrived at the time he stated he would and was superb ... polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He did an excellent job ... no complaints, only kudos!

On February 29,2020 our garage door failed. Called made to Precision at 9Am on Saturday. Promised a visit arrived @ 4:30PM. Worked until 8:30 PM. Very Professional, called in extra help. Difficult job as door was jammed at a crooked angle. Made door usable returned on Sunday cable now broken, again door usable. Monday completed work. Craig(owner) here twice. I can’t say enough about Devon. He came out for service today as we had trouble with our garage door. From the start he was very professional. What Devon ended up finding (very quickly I might add) was a simple fix. He was very honest with his findings, took care of me, set me up and went on his way. We were able to get an appointment immediately but the estimate was double what we ended up paying with another company that came out 2 hours later. Be careful of the service fee that will be “waived” if they end up doing the work because once they are at your place the estimate is extremely high. You will end up paying the service fee.

We had a broken safety cable that was causing our door to go back up instead of closing. Erik came out and replace the cable. He even lubed the door and pulleys. He went above and beyond. I would recommend Erik for any garage door repairs.

After being brushed off by another company who wanted me to get up on a ladder and fix the issue myself I found this company. It turned out that the solution to the door closing issue was quite simple but there was no way to know without it being looked at. Appreciate the prompt, no-hassle service. And the minimum cost just to show up was much more reasonable than the other company quoted.
