I can’t say enough about Devon. He came out for service today as we had trouble with our garage door. From the start he was very professional. What Devon ended up finding (very quickly I might add) was a simple fix. He was very honest with his findings, took care of me, set me up and went on his way. He made sure that I didn’t have any questions and was professional all the way out the driveway.

We were able to get an appointment immediately but the estimate was double what we ended up paying with another company that came out 2 hours later. Be careful of the service fee that will be “waived” if they end up doing the work because once they are at your place the estimate is extremely high. You will end up paying the service fee.

Everything from the initial call to having Jon come out and fix the garage door went really smooth. There was constant communication and even an email from Jon telling us a little about himself and his family along with his picture. It was nice to see the face of the person coming to your house before hand especially in today's times. Excellent service from beginning to end!

We had a broken safety cable that was causing our door to go back up instead of closing. Erik came out and replace the cable. He even lubed the door and pulleys. He went above and beyond. I would recommend Erik for any garage door repairs.

After being brushed off by another company who wanted me to get up on a ladder and fix the issue myself I found this company. It turned out that the solution to the door closing issue was quite simple but there was no way to know without it being looked at. Appreciate the prompt, no-hassle service. And the minimum cost just to show up was much more reasonable than the other company quoted.

One of the coldest days of the year. The wife crashed into the garage door and knocked it and one of the cables off the track, plus bent the bottom panel. I found Precision on Angie's List. they were out in less than an hour. Repaired the door in less than two and it only cost 145$!!. Plus they let me know when they were coming as well as when they got close to the house and even sent a picture of the technician. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely call these guys again.

He identified the problem, as well as some maintenance that could be done to prevent further issues.
