I needed my garage door opener replaced because the one I had decided to get a mind of its own. I was able to make an appt the next day. The opener they installed is amazing and the installer couldn't have been nicer. This company came recommended and it was great advice.

I would give Eric six stars out of five stars if I could. This was one of the most pleasant repair experiences I have ever had. My garage door opener broke yesterday, I called Precision Door this morning, was able to be scheduled for today and Eric showed up at my door not long after my appointment was scheduled. Eric was able to install a brand new garage door opener in short time, he was very courteous knowledgeable and was kindly very patient with me when I asked rookie questions. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone in need of service or repairs with their garage door openers.

I called for service at 7:45 am. They were at my home at 8:15 am. They gave me the price for the service that I needed done and also did an overall check and made recommendations for additional service. I never felt pressure to have the recommendations done today. Based on the knowledge and professionalism of the repair person, we had it all done. We are very pleased with the outcome and will use them again.

We were having an intermittent problem with the sensors. I thought perhaps the sensors were failing. I had checked the alignment, connectors, and cleanliness but the intermittency continued. Erik came on time and found the issue within 10 minutes. He also did the safety check and applied silicone lubricant to all moving parts. The opener is. Now operating like new.

Our garage door tension cables came unraveled rather suddenly on a Saturday. Having no idea how to fix it, we called Precision Door. Ronnie came out the same day and addressed the problem - and also replaced our rollers and the gasket at the bottom of the door. Super friendly, very informative, and competent at his craft. The assigned Tech, Ronnie was prompt, professional and courteous. Ronnie deserves high praise for his good work. In short order my existing door was re installed and works great. Ronnie did a good job of adhering to safety standards because of COVID. The only negative was the pricing. I didn’t anticipate spending over a grand to reinstall and existing door. Give the tech a bonus and I will feel a little better.

He diagnosed the problem and walked me through step by step of what would need to be fixed and laid it all out in the bid. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work they did. They were able to fix the door in an hour! Highly recommend!

I called three places and I am very glad I went with Precision. Phone call to schedule was very easy and NOT pushy at all. Our tech Erik gave me a call about 20 mins out and when he arrived he was very friendly and professional. He quickly explained to me what the issue was and provided me with a VERY REASONABLE quote...he was done with everything in about an hour and my garage door now works great. Wow! We called Precision in the morning and Eric arrived by 2:00 that afternoon. Eric quickly and confidently diagnosed the problem and along with the repair, suggested tune up items. All work was completed professionally and cheerfully. Eric also explained what he needed to do and was quite neat. We. Will use Precision if the need ever arises again!

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called Precision and they said they could have someone here the same day! Technician arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He examined my garage door, made some recommendations and replaced my broken springs. I would definitely call Precision again. I think their prices are competitive with other companies. There service gets 5 stars!
