We replaced an existing uninsulated garage door with an insulated one. The Haas door appears to be a quality door and is much better than the one it replaced. The installation process was smooth and completed within a couple hours. The two installers were very considerate and professional. My only points of consideration (which did not impact me, but could impact others) is that it took 6 weeks from time of ordering to receipt of the door by Precision Garage. I then had an issue with the installation being rescheduled due to Precision having a resource issue on the original install date. This might impact others who need a door right away and/or need it installed on a specific date. Otherwise I'm very happy with the price received, installation, and look of the door (we got one with upper windows whereas the prior door did not have them. Really improves the overall look in my opinion). I would recommend Precision Garage Door.

My technician was very knowledgeable and experienced. He diagnosed the problem with my garage door, completed a safety check and efficiently replaced the parts, with high quality parts. Sealed roller bearings, coated springs that don’t require lubing, and coated bottom roller brackets that won’t rust in our MN winters. The price for the work was reasonable, and with a lifetime warranty. I will definitely use them again!

My initial call to make an appt was great- they were able To come out within a day- with no emergency surcharge- and were able to At least give me an idea of cost over The phone that turned out to be very close to the actual charge. Everything that Precision Garage Door stated would happen did just like they had said. Our product arrived, their office called to get us on the schedule, the technician called on the way, they installed (2) garage doors and an opener, then showed my wife how to download an app to be able to control and see the garage door position no matter where we are. Our final invoice came in cheaper than our quote, we would recommend Precision Garage Door in Western Wisconsin for all your garage door needs!

EDIT: I got a refund on the deposit. A rep from the company called, and had a genuine conversation with me, and offered to refund the $85 service charge without me asking. Because of this, and the overall good customer service provided, I am raising my review from 2 stars to 3. Original review below. I don't leave reviews often, but I have to when it comes to this place. We will start with the good. They're available, punctual, kind, and incredibly flexible. The technician that arrived at our home was genuine, down to earth. When I told him I wanted to take a moment to discuss the quote, he gave me the entire iPad to review with my spouse. The frustrating: PRICE GOUGERS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT. I called them out for a broken spring and cable, and was told every singe part of my garage was falling apart and that I needed a whole new system and motor. I was a little skeptical here as I live in an 11 year old suburban home, but this is not my area of expertise, so I trusted them. They wanted to charge me 3100... this did NOT include a new door. The new motor itself was $1100... the same one I can buy at Menards for $250. I went with a quote that included them replacing everything except the motor for $2,000. They would need to come back in two days to actually complete the work. After hearing so many people react to me telling them about the price, I decided to call a couple other companies. I read over the quote with them, and on average, the price range I got back was $600-$800, and if I wanted to also replace the motor AND get a new high end door, the total was around $2500. But the best part... when the new company came out, what I genuinely needed was just a $480 fix and the rest was fine. I am now working on getting a refund for the deposit and will update with how that goes. Only call this company if all other options are exhausted, or financial planning is of no concern.

I wake up, get ready, go to open the garage and what do I find out? The springs broke. I called precision and they had a window for someone to come in the morning! I was super grateful! I had the pleasure of meeting Chuck who I felt was an extremely honest and down to earth guy. He told me that yes he could just fix the springs and get the door working that would be fine, but pointed out other issues that would most likely need to be addressed at a later date. My property was rented beforehand so upkeep was not a thing and I appreciated that he had let me know about the potential issues I may have. I never felt pressured to do more or spend more money and I really appreciated that. Chuck did an amazing job, was kind, respectful and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner.
