Everybody I've dealt with from you company has been great. The cost of $60.00 for five to ten minutes work is a bit excessive, thou I received $10.00 of for him spraying hinges.

This is the best customer service I have ever received! My garage door was broke at noon and repaired by 2:45pm. I received two text confirmations WITH a picture of Erik and a call when he was on his way. He was VERY patient and explained everything in detail. Beyond grateful!

When I called Precision Door Service, it was because our garage door was occasionally taking multiple tries to close all the way. Not an emergency by any means, but they still were able to send a technician out to us on the same day and he actually arrived within an hour of my phone call! Eli was very helpful and showed me what the problem was and how to fix it in the future. It was an easy fix, but he was very nice about it! He also showed me a few things to look out for in the future. Thank you, Eli!

Travis did a great job installing my new opener and I love it! I got a brand new GD opener to replace my 17yo version plus maintenance on the track and rollers which were still good.
