Wow! We called Precision in the morning and Eric arrived by 2:00 that afternoon. Eric quickly and confidently diagnosed the problem and along with the repair, suggested tune up items. All work was completed professionally and cheerfully. Eric also explained what he needed to do and was quite neat. We. Will use Precision if the need ever arises again!

This is the best customer service I have ever received! My garage door was broke at noon and repaired by 2:45pm. I received two text confirmations WITH a picture of Erik and a call when he was on his way. He was VERY patient and explained everything in detail. Beyond grateful!

When I called Precision Door Service, it was because our garage door was occasionally taking multiple tries to close all the way. Not an emergency by any means, but they still were able to send a technician out to us on the same day and he actually arrived within an hour of my phone call! Eli was very helpful and showed me what the problem was and how to fix it in the future. It was an easy fix, but he was very nice about it! I called three places and I am very glad I went with Precision. Phone call to schedule was very easy and NOT pushy at all. Our tech Erik gave me a call about 20 mins out and when he arrived he was very friendly and professional. He quickly explained to me what the issue was and provided me with a VERY REASONABLE quote...he was done with everything in about an hour and my garage door now works great. Will use again and would highly recommend.
